“Our Retirement Awards” Program The Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies rewards and recognizes the dedication and years of service of its employees through a retirement program called Our Retirement Awards Program.

The goal of Our Retirement Awards Program is twofold: To give you the option to select an award that is meaningful to you as well as to provide an opportunity for you to be recognized for your retirement and recognize the value you brought to the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies over the years. Program Overview Our Retirement Awards Program is a multi-faceted effort to recognize and reward your retirement from the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. No matter how many years of service you have provided, whether 1 year or 50 years, you will be recognized with an award of your choice when you retire.

Legacy Award Package

The Legacy Award Package is a certificate that displays your name and years of service. The certificate is the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies way of formally recognizing your years of dedicated service to the company.

Legacy Gift

Upon your initial login to the Our Retirement Awards Program website, you will be asked to select one of three gift options. This award will be shipped to the address you provide during the order checkout process.

Legacy Points

Legacy Points are awarded based on the number of full years of service you have with the Company. Redeem your Legacy Points in the Online Rewards Store at www.OurRetirementAwards.com which features thousands of product choices appealing to a variety of individual tastes and preferences.

Retirement Award Recipient The Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies values you and thanks you for the years you spent contributing to the success of our organization. In recognition of this milestone, we are pleased to offer you Legacy Points that you may redeem from thousands of award choices aimed at appealing to a diverse range of individual tastes and preferences. Legacy Points are awarded for each full year of service with the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. You will receive 200 Legacy Points for each full year completed. For example, if you retire after 4 years of service, you will receive 800 Legacy Points. If you retire after 36 years and 8 months of service, you will receive 7,200 Legacy Points. Please see the chart below as an example.

Notification of Your Retirement Award You will receive a congratulatory retirement letter in the mail. This letter will include instructions on how to login to our website, www.OurRetirementAwards.com. Here, you can select your Legacy Gift and redeem your Legacy Points. To ensure you are aware of your Legacy Points, we will send additional follow-up messages via email to the email address you provide during your account setup. 105 calendar days from your initial notification, your Legacy Points will expire and cannot be reinstated.

Special Program Rules It is very important to us that you take advantage of Our Retirement Awards Program and redeem your Legacy Points. Please be aware of these special conditions that are necessary for the administration of the program.

• Before you are able to shop with your Legacy Points, you must choose one of three options for your Legacy Gift. Your Legacy Gift is separate from your Legacy Points and will not affect your points balance.

• Your Legacy Points will expire 105 calendar days after the initial notification is sent to you. Please be sure to visit www.OurRetirementAwards.com and redeem your Legacy Points for the award of your choice before they expire. • You may redeem your Legacy Points for one or several rewards. However, you must use all of your Legacy Points at once. You may access the online catalog as many times as desired, but you can only check out once. • Any remaining Legacy Points expire once you place your order; therefore, please make sure you use up all or most of your points. These points cannot be transferred or combined with a different program. • You cannot purchase additional Legacy Points in order to receive an award with a higher point value.

Redeeming Your Legacy Points Redeeming your Legacy Points is similar to shopping at familiar online retail sites. The address for the online store is www.OurRetirementAwards.com. Login to the site using your Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies WWID as your user name. Your passcode is your LAST NAME followed by the last 4 digits of your WWID. For example, John Smith, WWID 012345 would use passcode “SMITH2345” (not case sensitive). This information will also be included in the notification letters you receive in the mail. After you login, you will be required to select your Legacy Gift and then you will be directed to the homepage which will show you the number of Legacy Points you have been awarded. To begin reviewing your reward options, click on the Browse Product Selection button at the bottom of the homepage or the Reward Store tab located in the red banner near the top of the screen. Our Retirement Awards Program offers award choices from many popular award categories.

Occasionally, you may see an item that is unavailable when you return to complete your checkout. Item selection and point values are refreshed every day. If an item is no longer available through our supplier, the item is automatically taken off the site so that we are not offering a product that we will be unable to fulfill. If and when the item does become available again, the item will automatically be added to the product selection. When you have found an item - or multiple items - that you would like to select, you can either add them to your cart for immediate purchase or add them to “My Favorites” list to save for future review.

Shipping and Tracking Most Legacy Gifts and in-stock items ship within 7-10 business days unless otherwise specified in the item description. Your awards will be shipped to the address you specify upon checkout. If you have redeemed your Legacy Points for multiple rewards, it is likely that they will be shipped separately. You may receive multiple boxes with different labels or logos. As soon as your item(s) ship, you can click “My Account” to see shipping information for your order. You may also call customer service at 1-800-482-6127 (or 937-528-4390) to inquire about shipping information.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your award for exchange within 30 calendar days of receipt. After 30 days, a proof of purchase can be issued to contact the manufacturer. The Retirement Awards Program cannot be held liable for misplaced or damaged awards after the 30 day period. Elective returns are accepted within 30 days and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your points refund. Please contact our customer service if you need to return or exchange an item.

Eligibility Determination All active, regular full time, regular part time and casual part time salaried retirees within the United States and Puerto Rico are eligible to receive a retirement award if they retired from one of the following employee groups:

The service years for retirement awards are calculated based on either the retiree’s Adjusted Hiring Date or Vacation Eligibility Date, whichever is the OLDER date (= calculating more service years). Retirees will be awarded for full years of service only.

For some retirees these two dates are the same, or the retiree does not have a Vacation Eligibility date at all. For most companies that have been acquired by Johnson & Johnson, the dates are different based on the acquisition agreement.
