All sink installations will be equipped with hot and cold running water through a mixing valve or combination faucet.

Walls to be epoxy painted "greenboard" with full height fiberglass reinforced panels (FRP) or ceramic tile installed behind all sinks and wet areas, or CMU sealed with block filler and epoxy paint.

All rest room doors will be self closing. All rest rooms will be equipped with mechanical exhaust ventilation sized at a minimum rate of two (2) cubic feet per minute per square foot of floor area and exhausted directly to the outside.
Sealants may be used top fill spaces and openings such as, but not limited to, blind rivet heads and slot and phillips head screws.
All floor mounted equipment will be placed on National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) approved 6” legs, or the equivalent, and properly spaced from adjacent equipment, or walls; or placed on NSF approved casters, or the equivalent; or properly sealed to adjacent surfaces.
Openings around service and utility lines should be closed insofar as practical by: (1) collars or grommets, or (2) flexible form gaskets.
All counter mounted foodservice equipment weighing in excess of 80 pounds will be mounted on NSF approved 4” legs.
Sealants may be used to seal service and utility lines to walls or adjacent pieces of equipment where the spacing is closed to less than 1/8”.
All exposed raw wood will be sealed.
Sealants may not be utilized in food and splash contact surfaces, to fill open spaces or voids which result due to improper design or fabrication. Any opening in excess of 1/8” shall be considered excessive and must be closed using proper field joints.
Wall backing for wall shelves, hand sinks, three compartment sinks and other wall mounted equipment will be required by the general contractor in all foodservice areas. Floor finish to be quarry tile with flush dark color grout, poured composition sanitary flooring or heat-seamed sheet product coved to all walls, corners and equipment bases. Ceiling finishes to be mylar or vinyl faced lay-in tile in white enamel grid. Height above finished floor to be as high as possible in foodservice areas. Conditions shown relate to foodservice equipment as specified. All field conditions must be verified by the fabricator and contractor prior to construction.

All doors to the outside will be self closing and rodent proof. Light levels of shielded light consitent with local codes will be provided at all work surfaces in storage areas, food preparation areas, utensil washing areas, toilet rooms, locker rooms, and in garbage and rubbish storage areas. All rest room doors will be self closing.

All rest rooms will be equipped with mechanical exhaust ventilation sized at a minimum rate of two (2) cubic feet per minute per square foot of floor area and exhausted directly to the outside. All floor mounted equipment will be placed on National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) approved 6” legs, or the equivalent, and properly spaced from adjacent equipment, or walls; or placed on NSF approved casters, or the equivalent; or properly sealed to adjacent surfaces. All counter mounted foodservice equipment weighing in excess of 80 pounds will be mounted on NSF approved 4” legs. All exposed raw wood will be sealed.

CLUB BAR FOODSERVICE EQUIPMENT PLAN
The outside storage of refuse will be in rodent-proof containers located on a paved surface with sufficient drainage.
All annular openings in construction will be sealed to within 1/32”. All aisles will be a minimum of 36” wide, per National Fire Protection Association Standard 101). Finishes in all foodservice areas must be smooth and easily cleanable, durable, impervious to moisture, and light in color with at least 70% reflectivity. Walls to be epoxy painted "greenboard" with full height fiberglass reinforced panels (FRP) or ceramic tile installed behind all sinks and wet areas, or CMU sealed with block filler and epoxy paint. Wall backing for wall shelves, hand sinks, three compartment sinks and other wall mounted equipment will be required by the general contractor in all foodservice areas. Floor finish to be quarry tile with flush dark color grout, poured composition sanitary flooring or heat-seamed sheet product coved to all walls, corners and equipment bases. Ceiling finishes to be mylar or vinyl faced lay-in tile in white enamel grid. Height above finished floor to be as high as possible in foodservice areas. Conditions shown relate to foodservice equipment as specified. All field conditions must be verified by the fabricator and contractor prior to construction.
