Program Details Magazines: All orders will need to be placed online @ www.girlscoutmagazines.com/gssc NUT PROMISE orders! Parents/Girls will receive an email, when this link is closed, with details of NUT PROMISE orders made by her friends & family. These promise orders can also be tracked on the girl’s storefront. These orders will automatically be placed into the Trophy Nut system. Personalized Girl Avatar Patches can be earned with 5 or more magazine orders. Fall Product Campaign Chairs and troop leaders can create their own ME2 Avatar. Your avatar will be included in your troop composite photo. We will email a link to the Troop Fall Product Campaign Chairs allowing you to set up your troop dashboard and to create your own avatar. Troop leaders must be granted access before they can create their own avatar, as well as print troop reports and track girl activity. To do this, the troop clicks on the ADD ADMIN ACCOUNTS icon. Enter the email address of the user she wishes to give access and then follow the online instructions. Each girl, upon completion of her M2 registration activities, will have the ability to print out one or multiple flyers that can be handed out to family, friends and neighbors. The flyer will have a web address and a unique code so customers can order a magazine at a later date.

W E L C O M E T O T H E 2 0 1 5 FA L L PRODUCT SALE PROGRAM STEP 1 Direct Orders -> Trophy Nut This is the direct sale of candy & nut products. Refer to order card for items offered and pricing. Each participating girl should be given a preprinted order card for nuts & candy, which features photographs of all products offered as well as the girl reward levels. Girls should use these order cards to help customers make their product choices.

STEP 2 Online orders -> M2 Media Group

& Trophy Nut Girls can receive nut/candy & magazine orders online through links provided to friends & family via email. Customers pay by credit card and items are shipped directly to customers (cost of shipping is paid by customer). Online ordering is a great opportunity for girls to reach out to friends & family that do not live in the area. Magazine orders are processed almost immediately and nut/candy items can be shipped faster than direct/landed orders. There is also a NUT PROMISE order option added to the candy/nut store link. Friends & family may choose to order the same nut/candy products available on the direct order card. The girl is then responsible for delivering this product and collecting the money. An online NUT PROMISE is a promise order placed online for the same products that are available on the order card, but the girl/parent is responsible for delivering the product and collecting the money due. Girls can create their own ME2 AVATAR and earn rewards for their virtual room. Instructions for registering or enrolling in the email program are on the next page. These sames pages are part of each girl’s packet to be distributed to your girls at your Fall Product Kick-Off meeting.
