CITY TOUR T’ikariy lo invita a descubrir el Centro Histórico de la ciudad de Lima, fundada en el año 1535 y rodeada de antiguas casonas e imponentes conventos e iglesias. Este tour presenta Lima en sus tres períodos históricos: prehispánico, colonial y moderno. En el Centro Histórico apreciará más de cincuenta monumentos y edificios coloniales, destacando la Plaza Mayor, el Palacio de Gobierno, el Palacio Arzobispal, la Basílica Catedral y el Palacio Municipal, entre otros. El tour continúa con una visita al Museo del Banco Central de Reserva y termina con un recorrido por las zonas residenciales más tradicionales de Lima.
T’ikariy invites you to discover the Historical Center of Lima, which was founded in 1535. The city center is surrounded by mansions and impressive convents and churches. The Tour depicts Lima in its three historical periods: pre-Hispanic, Colonial and Modern. In the Historical Center you will appreciate more than fifty monuments and colonial buildings, such as Plaza Mayor (the Main Square), the Governmental Palace, the Archbishop’s Palace, the Cathedral Basilica and the City Hall, among others. The tour continues with a visit to the Museum of the Central Reserve Bank of Peru and ends with a journey around the most traditional and residential areas of Lima.

RUINAS DE PACHACAMAC PACHACAMAC RUINS
Pachacamac is located 31 km southeast of Lima. It was the most important ceremonial center in the Peruvian coast, shortly before the Inca times. The tour starts with a panoramic view of the “Pucllana Pyramid”, which was built in the 4th century AD and was considered a “Sacred Village” by the Incas. Next, a guided tour to the Citadel of Pachacamac, sanctuary of the Pachacamac god follows. The citadel consists of temples, pyramids and palaces. To end the tour we will visit the traditional and bohemian district of Barranco, famous for the “Puente de los Suspiros” (the Bridge of Sighs). Right after this, we will take you to the “Salto del Fraile” (the Friar’s Dive), Pantanos de Villa (the marshes of Villa) to appreciate beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean.

FUENTES DE LIMA FOUNTAINS IN LIMA El Circuito Mágico del Agua, el complejo de fuentes más grande del mundo, se encuentra ubicado en el Parque de la Reserva y fue inaugurado en julio de 2007. Cuenta con trece hermosas piletas ornamentales con llamativos juegos de luces y nueve fuentes originales restauradas. Disfrute de la magia que el agua, la música y las luces pueden ofrecer en este lugar de especial atractvo para las familas.

Pachacamac se ubica a 31 km de Lima y fue el más importante centro ceremonial de la costa peruana desde tiempos anteriores a los Incas. La excursión inicia con una vista panorámica de la “Pirámide Pucllana”, edificada en el siglo IV d.C. y considerada “pueblo sagrado” por los Incas. Continúa con una visita guiada a la espléndida Ciudadela de Pachacamac, santuario del dios Pachacamac, que comprende templos, pirámides y palacios. Al terminar, visitamos el tradicional y bohemio distrito de Barranco, donde destaca su famoso Puente de los Suspiros, para continuar por El Salto del Fraile y los pantanos de Villa para apreciar hermosas vistas del Océano Pacífico.
The Magical Water Circuit of Lima is the biggests water fountain complex in the world. It is located in the “Parque de la Reserva” (Park of the Reserve) and was inaugurated on July 2007. It has thirteen beautiful ornamental pools that display bright light art installations and nine restored original fountains. SHOW DE CABALLOS DE PASO THE PERUVIAN PASO HORSE SHOW Este tour se desarrolla en una típica “casa hacienda" peruana, ubicada en el valle de Lurín a 45 minutos de la ciudad de Lima. La presentación incluye a elegantes “chalanes” (jinetes peruanos) cabalgando hermosos caballos. La crianza al pastoreo y el contacto con la naturaleza convertirán la visita en algo inolvidable. A su elección, podrá realizar un paseo montando el caballo peruano de paso, conocido por ser el caballo de silla más suave del mundo. El tour incluye un almuerzo o cena campestre, que consiste en un pisco sour de bienvenida, salad bar, un suculento plato de fondo, postre y una copa de vino.
This tour takes place in a typical Peruvian plantation house, located in the Lurin valley, 45 minutes south of the city of Lima. The show includes distinguished and expert riders, “Chalanes”, on beautiful horses. The raising in pastures and contact with nature will render this an unforgettable experience. You will be able, at your discretion, to ride a Peruvian Paso, known as the smoothest saddle horse in the world. Tours starting point: the Westin Hotel lobby or the Libertador Hotel lobby. All tours include transfers, admission tickets to historical or cultural sites, English- or Spanish-speaking certified tour guide. The intensity level of the tours has been determined considering a healthy 40-year-old individual. The duration of the tours depend on the starting point hotel and on the weather and route conditions. A Full Day package lasts 6 hours or more. Only the Gastronomical Tour, the Lima by Night Tour and the Caballos de Paso Tour include a free Pisco Sour cocktail and a free meal (lunch or dinner, correspondingly). All activities are subject to availability.
