Village Hotel Club is a portfolio of 28 assets across the UK from Aberdeen in the north to Bournemouth in the south, from Swansea in the west to Hull in the east. The portfolio extends to over 3,000 rooms. Village is owned by KSL Capital Partners, a major US-based fund specialising in the hospitality sector. Each Village property incorporates an impressive health and leisure club with wet leisure and state-of-the-art gym equipment, business club incorporating meeting and conference facilities, a full bar and restaurant offer, an in-house Starbucks and a large dedicated on-site car parking provision. The atmosphere in a pub is something you notice the moment you walk in, and it’s certainly not something you can fake. That’s why we made it a priority to make sure anyone eating and drinking at Village Hotel Club gets all the choice and variety of a proper British pub. Our Pub features everyone’s favourite drinks, including ice cold beers and real ales, a menu of hearty pub classics, juicy burgers, hot wings and all kinds of food for sharing. All this in a friendly atmosphere with plenty of sport and entertainment to lap up on our giant 97 inch HD TV screens.

Each Village Hotel Club features a buzzing contemporary restaurant. Hotel visits aren’t what they used to be. Guests expect to remain connected from the moment they book, till the moment they leave. That’s why we’ve honed the entire online experience to be as smooth and simple as possible. From the easy booking engine on our new website, to the latest self-check in receptions, Village Hotel Clubs make clever use of the latest technology to ensure the customer moves seamlessly at all times. Including, of course, super-fast WiFi for all guests and ultra-smooth connectivity for business and events.

The new Village Hotel Club standard model will comprise of 153 keys, with full amenity. This includes a licensed Pub, comfortable Cafeteria, on-site Starbucks, meeting and events venue, state-of-the-art Village Gym with heated swimming pool and car parking. All of this is neatly situated on a site footprint of around 2.5 acres. Additionally, certain bespoke builds and building refurbishments can be accommodated. For example, in city centre locations or mixed use schemes. Or inside the M25 where a full 2.5 acre site is unrealistic. Should a standard design need to be modified in order to meet planning and wider master planning requirements, this can be easily taken care of.

The design configuration of every Village property has been very carefully conceived. Each one ensures that guests have direct access to each facility on offer from our common entrance hub. The ground floor of each location comprises the food and beverage destinations, business club and wet leisure facilities. Travel up to the 1st floor and you’ll find the leisure gym and changing rooms. Above that are the bedrooms, situated between the 2nd and 5th floors.
