VIA, CANARY WHARF – EVENTS PACK VIA is located in West India Quay and is a stone through away from Canary Wharf tube station. Found in the historic sugar warehouses, this venue is able to cater for up to 650 guests, split over 3 floors.

Canary Wharfs only late night venue When entering the venue you will find the main bar area, upstairs is La Vista Restaurant (also available for hire for larger cocktail parties) and The Moroccan Room is downstairs. (Page 5) VIA is perfect for any time of year, as there is ample space inside to enjoy a warm environment, or relaxing in the sun on our large terrace, overlooking West India Quay.

Event planning and Management Through the day for small & large bookings we offer a range of Platter Menu’s and Buffet options (Page 9) to add the perfect snack to compliment any time out with friends and colleagues. We insist that you and guests enjoy each others company in our fantastic atmosphere.

At VIA, we love adding character to any event and we ensure that each individual booking is dealt with the highest standard and attention required. From lunches of 3 people, through to parties of up to 200 and more, each moment is special. VIA is comfortable and spacious with various Rooms & areas to reserve. La Vista La Vista is Via’s very own Italian restaurant. A bright & spacious room, with the most beautiful view of the quay side. Open from 12pm till late daily, La Vista offers its very own menu, serving tasty pizzas and homemade pastas. If you’ve got that special occasion coming up make sure it’s in the warm, cosy atmosphere of La Vista. Able to cater for Cocktail Functions of up to 150 pax

The Safari Corner This comfortable lounge area forms part of our main bar and is semi private. It is in close proximity to the bar and can hold up to 50 guests.

The Kings Room Situated at the back of the main bar, The Kings Room is intimate and secluded, making it the ideal place for smaller gatherings. Fitted with it’s own bar, it can cater to up to 80 people. There is also a pool table available in this room – office pool league anybody?

The Moroccan Room Catering to a capacity of up to 200 guests, this venue is located beneath the main bar and is the only late night bar in the Wharf. It is open to the public on Friday and Saturday nights where guests can dance along to our resident DJ.

The Bay Corner The Bay corner is located in the front of the venue, and is a light, spacious area with easy access to the bar, with a private door leading outside. This fantastic space caters for groups of up to 80 guests.

Minimum spend ( if applicable) does not include technical equipment or DJ fees No children (under 18) are allowed after 6pm. Any guests under 18 years of age must have their parent/ legal guardian’s supervision at all times and is restricted to movements within the function area only. Right of admission is reserved Food and drinks are only supplied by VIA. No external suppliers. Apart from birthday cake, no other food is permitted to be brought into the venue. In house DJ only. Health and Safety is never compromised despite any requirement or requests for your bookings Menus/promotions are subject to change at any time in line with produce availability. Should the agreed minimum spend ( if applicable) not be met during the event, the outstanding amount will be absorbed as room hire. Increased event numbers within 5 working days must be discussed with Event Coordinator. Decorating the function room/area is allowed however certain decorations are not permitted (i.e. sparkles). In the instance that these items are used the client is liable for any damages caused and/or cleaning expenses associated. VIA does not accept responsibility for the injury, damage or loss of, any client’s property left in the premises prior to, during or after an event. Any damages caused to VIA property during an event are the financial responsibility of the client. VIA has zero tolerance on underage drinking. Should a minor be found consuming alcohol the function may be shut down? For 18th-21st birthdays celebrations please consult your Event Coordinator for further details. We would be disappointed if the booking cancels however, should this occur the following conditions would apply: written notification must be provided to Event Coordinator. Management has the right to exercise regulatory conditions at any time during a function if it is believed that the alcohol consumption rate is excessive.
