Beach Permits To obtain permission to be married on the beach you may be required to be in possession of a permit from Oregon State Parks & Recreation. How to Apply: Permits/Permission to hold events on the beach may be obtained by calling the Area Parks Dept. 541-265-8348 ask for “B” she will be glad to help you. When to Apply: Apply as soon as possible, prior to the ceremony date. Please be aware that liability insurance may be required depending on your wedding plans. This is not always the case but may be required. The application fee is dependant on a number of factors, so it is best to call the number above to receive a professional estimation.
