CORKAGE POLICY A dining experience can be greatly enhanced by wine of special vintage or sentimental value. Thus, you are always welcome to bring such a bottle to enjoy with your meal if it isn´t offered on our list. Our “corkage” fee for providing wine service for bottles brought into the restaurant is $15 per 750ml bottle. The corkage fee for magnums (1.5L) is $25 per bottle.

Vin Santo (holy wine) is the name given to the amber-straw wines traditionally from Tuscany. Made from mostly Trebbiano with some Malvasia, this wine shows intense aromas with ample nutty notes along with a perceptible presence of figs, plums and toasted almonds. The palate is very balanced between a tonic acidity and a sweetness, which gives a long and fascinating finish.

2012 MICHELE CHIARLO, LE MARNE, GAVI DOCG

36 100% Cortese grape. It shows citrus and mineral aromas and flavors on a palate of medium body and bright acidity before a lengthy finish.

40 Native to Roero, Arneis is one of the oldest Piedmontese white grapevines. A fragrant wine with intense floral and fruity aromas. Well-structured with a balanced acidity and long finish.

2012 FOYT NO. 67 CHARDONNAY, SONOMA COAST, CA

11/36 This Chardonnay offers fragances of crisp apples and lemon zest which is complemented by hints of vanilla oak flavors. This wine delivers clear, citrus fruits, concentrated vanilla oakiness, and minerality on the mid-palate, complemented by a long lingering finish with good acidity.

2012 DARIOUSH CHARDONNAY, NAPA VALLEY, CA

12/40 A robust, powerful wine with a big personality and a generous finish. An eclectic blend of grapes deliver rich color and full-bodied flavors: red currant, black cherry and black olive. Soft tannis balance well with distinct oak flavors - French oak for vanilla and coconut; American oak for caramel, creme brulee and coffee.

2011 ROW ELEVEN VIÑAS 3 PINOT NOIR

10/34 Selected from the three best vineyards (hence the name), from the best row of grapes, this wine maintains a good balance between fruit flavors of red cherries and plums. The good tannic structure reflects the cool climate of the origin and has a soft finish.

2011 SAWBUCK , MALBEC, YOLO COUNTY, CA

9/28 This blend of 77% Malbec and 23% Petit Verdot, has beautiful aromas of raspberry, boysenberry, and brown sugar. Concentrated flavors of black cherry, mocha, and smokey vanilla are supported by soft, dusty tannins and a hint of rustic blueberry cobbler.

2012 PARKERS ESTATE, MERLOT, SONOMA COUNTY, CA

10/32 This Merlot demonstrates delicate aromas of vine-ripened berries blend with hints of dark Dutch cocoa and Madagascar vanilla. Deep fruit flavors grace the mid-palate and give the wine an elegant richness. Velvet tannins and mature acids provide for a satisfying and lingering finish.

2012 FIRESTONE, CABERNET SAUVIGNON, SANTA YNEZ VALLEY, CA

11/36 This Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of blackberry and black cherry fruits as well as hints of leather, vanilla, and baking spices. The palate has an impressive tannin-acid structure that is very full and soft, yet elegant.

2011 SWANSON, “CYGNET” MERLOT, NAPA VALLEY, CA

42 This full-bodied Merlot also has a blend of 22% Cabernet Sauvignon. The nose consists of ultra-ripe black cherry and macerated blackberries, with notes of vanilla bean and spice cake. In the mouth, very ripe blackberry and raspberry emerge around a core of silky tannins.

2011 JOSEPH JEWELL, PINOT NOIR, MANGANA VYD, RUSSIAN RIVER, SONOMA COUNTY, CA Blended from three different vineyard sites, this medium-bodied wine is a transparent ruby hue. It offers a perfume of cherry liqueur, cassis, wild rose, vanilla, and baking spice. Bright red fruits dominate the palate, particularly red cherry and pomegranate. Ample acidity keeps those fruit flavors in balance. This wine finishes with an earthy complexity and lingering nots of red fruit.

2011 FAUST, CABERNET SAUVIGNON, NAPA VALLEY, CA

70 Bright, smooth, and rich ruby color with captivating aromas of black currant, red cherry, and spice are lifted out of the glass. The wine is inviting with a supple mouth-feel and notes of cassis, dark chocolate, and ripe berries. The layers of complexity continue to develop throughout a silky finish.

2011 JUSTIN ISOSCELES, PASO ROBLES, CA

90 This unfiltered blend of 81% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot, and 7% Cabernet Franc shines a bright dark ruby hue with a purple core, lightening slightly at the rim. This aromatic wine with ripe black cherry, cassis, and a touch of red berry brightness balances with the toasted vanilla, licorice, and cinnamon spice, combined with cedar and subtle, smoky cocoa notes. The palate is full-bodied with a complex spice of vanilla, licorice, and cola accents. The finish is very long and full with bright cherry, candy fruit and spice, balanced with firm, plush tannins.
