Exhibitor Contract Part B Signing part A signifies agreement to comply with both parts A and B of this contract.

Exposition Services JP Display, [email protected], 801-523-7083, fax 801-523-7093 will send you an exhibitor service kit prior to convention. Contact them for carpet, furniture, display tables, special lighting, janitorial, decorations, and accessories. Electrical service, water, gas or special work must be ordered from them by April 8, 2016. They will provide a 7” x 44” identification sign in the booth and clean the aisles each day. Booths are 10’ x 10’, with 8’ back drapes and 3’ side rails with drapes. Displays may be closed up to 5’ from the back drape, but must open from the front of the booth to the 5’ point. The floor is concrete and the aisles are carpeted.

Handling and Storage Handling must be prepaid to JP Display and consigned to arrive between January 2 and April 6th , 2016 at: JP Display 7065 South 31 West (Glover Lane) Midvale UT 84047 Shipments arriving after this date will be charged an additional fee. Shipments should be marked “For UDA Convention” and include your company name and booth number. JP Display will store shipments up to 20 days at no charge, deliver them to your booth, remove crates, return crates at the close of the show and, after materials are prepared for shipment, take them to the dock and load them on designated vehicles. Removal

April 22, Friday….............5:00 pm–9:30 pm

No exhibit may be dismantled or removed before 5:00 pm Friday. JP Display will return empty crates and cartons beginning at 5:00 pm. Property not removed will be stored at exhibitor expense.

Limitations of liability, security Security and police protection will be provided by the Salt Palace. Agents will be present during all show hours in the exhibit area. The exhibit area will be locked and secured during all non-show hours. It is imperative that exhibitors take precautionary measures to remove small, easily portable articles of value to a place of safekeeping after exhibit hours. The exhibitor is responsible for damage to property. Neither the UDA nor the Salt Palace assumes any responsibility for destruction, loss or damage to the exhibitor’s property from any cause. The exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless both UDA and the Salt Palace from liability for personal and property damage, or loss from or out of the use by any exhibitor of its exhibit space or related activities.

Aisle space is under UDA control, and cannot be used for promotion-sales by non-exhibitors. Balloons are not allowed. Food can only be dispensed at booths after approval by Utah Food Services, 801-521-7585. Lights are not permitted if they annoy representatives or attendees. Signs or other items may not be attached to the walls. See the exhibitor service kit from JP Display. No equipment is allowed that creates objectionable sounds. UDA can prohibit any exhibit or exhibitor. Space may be shared with UDA consent.
