COMPANY PROFILE Universal Sun

Who We Are Universal Sun was born in 2010 with the following objective: "Become Become a reference point in the Italian market for roof photovoltaic systems" systems Today we are an Energy Service Company and we operate in: "Delivering Delivering renewable energy systems and implement energy efficiency measures looking for the best technical solution and the most appropriate contractual terms and conditions” Our Clients: “Industries, tertiary buildings, headquarter offices, hotels, fitness and swimming pool centers, centers large-scale distributors distributors, etc… etc ” Our strength is: "A A team of highly qualified and skilled personnel who strongly believes in the mission of Universal Sun" 2

Our Mission Focus on sustainability  We believe that a sustainable future must be based on renewable energy and energy efficiency  We do not believe in a model to apply, but in a solution to be found, keeping in mind the best technologies, applications, frameworks and, even more importantly, the needs of our Customers

We are a service provider more than a supplier:  We do not ride a specific technology. We propose the best solution  We are a real EPC Contractor: we guarantee A prompt and correct accomplishment of whatever is required to make the investment of our Customer effective
