4 Extract from the Database of the Mass Balance System This extract from the biogas register is deemed to be an extract of an independent database within the meaning of the aid for interpretation of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety [BMU] pursuant to Section 27c Para. 1 No. 2 EEG 2012 as well as the application instruction for the execution of the EEWärmeG and as a confirmation that the quantity of biogas set out above was documented as part of the Biogas Register Germany mass balance system according to the requirements concerning mass balancing.
