Eligible Entities

a) Technical Capability : Entities ( in the case of consortium, the Lead member) having 3 years’ experience in the preceding 5 years in the advertising business at airport, seaport, metro rail, metro rail station, railways, railway station, bus terminal, malls/shopping complex, State and National Highways/Trade Fair Authority, Municipality. b) Financial Capability : The Applicant must have an average annual turnover of Rs. 2 Crores (out of which 50% of turnover should be from advertisement display business) during the last 3 Financial Years, in accordance with the audited financial statements (i.e. profit and loss account and balance sheet along with schedules).

Selection Process (Overall)

There shall be two stage selection process for selection of Concessionaire for Concession to Develop, Operate, Market, Display & Maintain Advertising Sites inside & outside Terminal at Swami Vivekananda Airport, Raipur. The first stage to finalise the Media Plan based on this EOI. The second stage shall be for selection of the Concessionaire through open tender process. AAI reserves to itself the right to select and finalise the Media plan and develop the tender document considering the inputs from the Media Plan through this EOI. Participants in this EOI shall have no right to claim any preference in the second stage tender process. However, the participants in this EOI shall also be eligible to participate in the tender along with other bidders subject to fulfilling the criteria of eligibility and other tender conditions as laid down in second stage tender documents. EOI is purely for the purpose of obtaining opinion/feedback from the professional advertising agencies to assess the real time business potential at the airport and the EOI will not be in any manner an agreement, neither an offer to seek information/technical expertise so as to enable AAI analyze the same. Under no circumstances, it will confer any right, interest or obligation on the part of AAI to accept and/or consider the submitted information and/or claim any right for consideration in the bids which shall be considered strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of the tender to be invited subsequently.

The Media plan at Exhibit 7 shall include the complete scope of Media Plan at New Integrated Terminal Building, Swami Vivekananda Airport, Raipur for all Indoor & out door Advertisement Display sites and will incorporate the following :(a) Each and Every location Identified & Proposed for display of advertisement with proper dimension should be indicated. (b) The Media Type Proposed for display of advertisement against each location should be indicated. (c) The Media Type Proposed should also incorporate Illuminated/ Non Illuminated aspect. (d) The Media Plan has to be prepared and submitted after carrying out “Physical Inspection of proposed Advertisement Sites”. (e) The Entire Airport Premises (Air Side and City Side) may be taken into account to Identify the proposed location for Advertisement Display Except followings: 
