● Registration Before you can start using Fonetic services, free registration is required. 100 credits are available to test your first connection.

 Standard Register Go to the page “Customer Area” of the website www.fonetic.fr and click on “Create an account” button.

Please fill in your details on the form and click "Register Now!" You are redirected to a confirmation page. An email containing your login information has been sent to the email address specified previously.

Now, to create a first telephone number Fonetic. Please fill in the form "Your Phone":

Select your account’s default time zone. The widget’s opening hours will be set up according to this time zone. Then select your country code (ex: 33 for a French phone operator) For your information, if you do not subscribe to the International option, you will only be able to receive calls and or to add new phone numbers for the selected area. Finally, fill in your first phone number that you want to activate for Fonetic web callback and click "continue" button.

You are now redirected to the page"Sponsorship and Benefits". If you were sponsored, use the "sponsor code" and click the "OK" button.

Follow the PayPal procedure. Once payment is confirmed, you will be directed to a subscription confirmation page located on your customer area. For your information, the first Fonetic credits will be automatically loaded on your Fonetic accounts, just after your first payment validation. (24 hours maximum delay )

You can now start Fonetic’s widget installation and customization by clicking on the link "DASHBOARD" located on the main menu.

 Facebook & Google In order to ease and accelerate your registration, you can log in with your Facebook and Google accounts. You will be automatically skip the first step of registration. You should therefore simply click on one of the suggested links, validate the application to access your accounts. You will then be driven directly to the confirmation step.

 Account Manager

As a Fonetic Sponsor or Distributor, you can see from this drop down menu all your godsons/customers accounts. By selecting one of them and clicking on the "manage account" button you can access and manage this account (only if the owner has allowed it in its profile page).

When you load one of your godsons / customers’ user profile, the Dashboard top position band background colour switches to orange.

To come back on your accoune, you simply have to select “My Account" and to click on "manage the account" button.

[INFO - Using Fonetic & Set up] install Fonetic on your website We offer two methods for installing on your website Fonetic"Express". ●

The standard method, called “Express” : the easiest method for set up

Advanced method : reserved to developers or advanced users

Generally, Fonetic application is loaded on your site from a "Popup" window called "Widget." For greater flexibility, you can create and customize as many widgets as desired, for each phone number. Each phone number Fonetic has a unique ID : a unique key (Advanced use). Each Widget Fonetic each also has a unique ID : an Express key. The Express key is used in CMS extensions (Joomla, Wordpress,Prestashop),that mentions "Express" label.

Express Installation & widgets list

1. Show list of widgets [Shortcut] - From this menu you can view and access to a list of all your Fonetic numbers’ widgets attached to your account. To access to another list, you simply have to select your number and click the button “Widget list display”

2. Create a new widget [Unlimited] Go to the widget generator to add a customized widget for your number

Why creating multiple widgets for a single phone number can be useful ? Creating several widgets versions can be useful to get, for example widgets with different texts and / or images made for various websites, etc..

Depending on the background image that you have set, you will certainly find useful to customize the following elements colors : ● text colours ● widget background colour if the image size is smaller (PS : image vertically centered and seated right) ● widget border color To see directly results and possibly adjust, click once to register and a second time to preview your widget just below. Once you have chose ton see the widget’s preview, two shortcuts buttons will be displayed linking to installation guide pages : email integration (email signatures) and manual installation (custom widget code to copy and paste). Your Express key is also displayed directly. This key is mainly used for Fonetic CMS extensions Fonetic including "Express" label. ii. Advanced Installation

[Technical Expertise : advanced ] Installing Advanced allows you to integrate call buttons Fonetic using customizable HTML code and Javascript libraries during pages load. HTML development skills is required. The particularity of this method is that you can customize / create your widgets "on the fly" with your own code and database. Therefore, it is absolutely MANDATORY to use selected phone number Fonetic unique key. Example:

If your site uses Joomla CMS v1.5 or 2.5, you can download Joomla extensions dedicated for advanced key. With this extension, you will not need to modify the source code of and can customize your widgets directly from your Joomla editor and/or Fonetic plugin .

[INFO DEV - Using Fonetic & Advanced Set up] Installing the widget Installation is very simple. We'll start with javascript widget.js insertion into a HTML page.

 Export data (options) Capitalize on your incoming calls and take benefit from data given by your Fonetic users (phone, name, email) for all your Sales & Loyalty operations! Indeed, contacts brought by your web media (website, newsletter, email) with Fonetic are made with customers or qualified prospects. Thanks to the Export option you can download a file of all your calls history in CSV format. You then just need to prepare your emailing or SMS campaigns to increase sales !
