TABLE OF CONTENTS WELCOME—”Here We Grow Again” PRAYER & FASTING

1. The 21 Day Fast  What foods can I have during the Fast?  Foods to avoid on the Fast  Frequently Asked Questions 2. Scriptures on Fasting in the Bible  Plan for success 3. 21-Day DEVOTIONAL 4. ENDING YOUR FAST

“Here We Grow Again” Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! What a blessed opportunity The Lord has granted us to begin 2017 with 21 exceptional days of Pastor E. Thomas, III corporate prayer and fasting. As The Holy Spirit opens our hearts and minds toward experiencing healthy spiritual growth, let us enter into this glorious season seeking more of Him. In addition, let us do so expecting “GREATER.” Are you expecting a greater relationship with The Lord and with others’? In the days ahead, expect Jesus Christ, our foundation to spiritual growth, to manifest Himself more profoundly through His Word and launch us deeper into our destined paths of life. Our growing is a total, all inclusive process which encompasses the physical, the mental and the spiritual. Even the Lord Jesus, according to The Gospel of Luke, grew, in wisdom and stature (Luke 2:52). It was as much a process for Him as it is for each one of us. A set foundation that launches from the Promises of God is paramount in order for the healthy spiritual growth to take place. Without a set foundation, the propensity for stagnation is great and can lead to a loss of focus, frustration, and even faith failures. If the foundations be destroyed , what can the righteous do? (Psalm 11:3) For Believers of Jesus Christ, we can exclaim and live our lives with great expectancy for supernatural growth in areas of health in our bodies, peace for our minds/souls, and boldness in our spirits, and much more. This is evident because we stand on a sure foundation that cannot be moved or even shaken! Jesus said, “whoever hears His words and obeys them, may be compar ed to a wise man who built his house on the rock.” Even when the rains of life descend, and the floods come, and the winds blow, since we have built our lives on the “Rock,” the foundation will never fail (Matthew 7:24-25). As we enter into another season of Corporate Prayer and Fasting, let us do so withholding nothing, surrendering all that could hinder our progress towards growing in Him. No more worldly pacifiers or unresolved issues of the heart. Let us hunger for truth and righteousness never forsaking His promises to do exceedingly and abundantly more than we could ever ask or think according to the power that worketh in us (Ephesians 3:20). Enjoy the journey. “Here We Grow Again!”

“The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.” - James 5:16b PRAYER

When praying, make it your number one goal to know Jesus more intimately and experience Him like never before. Surrender all to Him, and believe that you can do all things through Him. Focus on His greatness, grace, and mercy. See your life through the filter of His love for you. The breakthroughs, miracles, and answers to your prayers will be byproducts of drawing closer to Jesus and growing in His perfect love.

FASTING

According to Vines Complete Expository Dictionary, the Greek word, nesteia, is “a fasting, fast” (from ne, a negative prefix, and esthio, “to eat”], and is used to define voluntary abstinence from food. Fasting is a powerful spiritual discipline that is designed by our loving, caring, sharing Heavenly Father for the purpose of connecting to HIM more intimately. Fasting is a way to demonstrate to God, and to ourselves, that we are serious about our relationship with HIM. We gain a new perspective and a renewed passion for HIM. Although this fast is only 21 days, denying the flesh of its desires will challenge you to trust God more readily instead of your flesh. Too often, the focus of fasting is on a lack of food. The purpose of fasting should rather be to take your eyes off the things of this world for the purpose of focusing completely on God.

21 Days of Praying & Fasting

DEVOTIONAL READ Consistently PRAY Often EXPECT Change

DAY 1 IT’S ALL ABOUT THE LOVE Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up... – 1 Corinthians 13:4

FOCUS: Agapē is the highest form of love there is, and represents God’s unchanging character. We can possess all the spiritual gifts, but without love we are nothing (1 Co. 13:1-3). “It’s All About The Love.” Paul highlights in this one verse (v.4), five indelible attributes of agapē. Love (agapē): 1) Suffereth long (is patient), 2) is Kind, 3) Envieth not (is not jealous), 4) Vaunteth not itself (does not brag), 5) is not Puffed up (is not arrogant). If we grade our own report cards in these areas, many of us would probably give ourselves a passing grade. During these next few days of consecration, invite The Spirit of Truth in to identify and correct areas of your love walk.

Scripture Readings: Prov 10:12; 2 Cor 6:6; Gal 5:22; Eph 4:2; Col 1:11; 3:12; 2 Tim 2:25; Phil 2:1–5; Jas 3:17; 1 Pet 4:8; Eph 4:32; Col 3:12; 1 Tim 6:4; Titus 3:3; Jas 3:14–16; 4:5; 1 Pet 2:1

DAY 2 DO YOU LOVE HIM? For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous. – 1 John 5:3 FOCUS: Love for our God is not demonstrated by how many ministries we serve in, the position or title we hold, nor is it defined by the number of commas behind our name. Love is best shown to our God when we obey His commandments. John had in mind the words of The Lord Jesus: “If you love Me, keep My commandments” (John 14:15). The love we have for God will manifest itself in our obedience to Him. When our hearts have been truly transformed, we embrace His commandments and do not consider them to be burdensome, but rather pleasant and pleasing. Do you love Him? Have you surrendered your life totally to Him ? Are there any of His commandments that you find grievous? Are you living without the help offered to you?

Scripture Readings: Exod 20:6; Deut 5:10; 7:9; 10:12, 13; Dan 9:4; Matt 12:47–50; John 14:15, 21–24; 15:10, 14; 2 John 6; Ps 19:7–11; 119:45, 47, 48,127, 128, 140; Prov 3:17; Mic 6:8; Matt 11:28–30; Rom 7:12, 22; Heb 8:10

DAY 3 “I GOT YOU COVERED” And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins. – 1 Peter 4:8 FOCUS: “Where love abounds in a fellowship of Christians, many small offences, and even some large ones, are readily overlooked and forgotten. But where love is lacking, every word is viewed with suspicion, every action is liable to misunderstanding, and conflicts about – to Satan’s perverse delight.” (Gruden) When we as Believer’s exercise love toward one another, the results are astounding. God is the ultimate covering for us because He loves us so much. Identify those whom God is asking you to cover in love. He will extend His amazing grace to love like never before.

Scripture Readings: Col 3:14; Jas 5:12; 3 John 2; Prov 10:12. 1 Pet 1:22; 1 Cor 13:1–13; 14:1; 1 Thess 3:12; 4:9, 10; 2 Thess 1:3; 1 Tim 1:5; Heb 13:1; 2 Pet 1:6, 7; Prov 10:12; 12:16; 17:9; 18:13; 1 Cor 13:7; Jas 5:20

DAY 4 WHERE DID YOU LEARN TO DO THAT? We love him, because he first loved us. – 1 John 4:19 FOCUS: One of the fascinating developments to monitor in life is how children learn to emulate their parent’s instructions and manners. We have all experienced both sides of this coin. Some children we encounter will always end their sentences to the questions asked of them with “Yes Sir,” or “Yes, Mam.” While others will say, “yea,” or “no,” and some will say nothing at all. Where did they learn that? Where do we learn to love? When it comes to love, there is only one true source, Jesus Christ. He teaches us how to love at all times. He is the one who knocked on the door of our hearts to introduce us to what we did not have before, and so desperately needed. Praise God for opening the door to receive the One who gave His life for us (John 3:16).

Scripture Readings: 1 John 4:10; Luke 7:47; John 3:16; 15:16; 2 Cor 5:14, 15; Gal 5:22; Eph 2:3–5; Titus 3:3–5 Exod 20:6—love me; Deut 7:8; Deut 10:12; Deut 33:3; Judg 5:31; 1 Kgs 3:3;; Ps 18:1;; Ps 26:3;; Ps 97:10;; Ps 116:1;; Prov 8:17; Jer 31:3;; Matt 22:40;; John 1:43;; John 13:1;; John 14:15; John 16:27; John 17:23; John 21:15; Rom 5:5;Rom 8:28; Rom 8:37; Rom 8:39; Rom 10:20; 1 Cor 2:9; 1 Cor 8:3

DAY 5 HIS PLAN IS GREATER “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” - Jeremiah 29:11

FOCUS: Jeremiah 29:11 is one of the most comforting scriptures in the Bible. This was a word for those who were taken captive to Babylon. Jeremiah told them to settle down in Babylon, build houses, plant gardens, and not to hope for a speedy return to their homeland. God also communicated through this prophet that the people would be there seventy years, and encouraged them to not listen to false prophets who spoke otherwise. Despite the situation we find ourselves in, God’s thoughts toward His children are always those of peace and not evil. Settle in your heart today to listen to the One who understands your situation better than anyone. He will deposit a plan in your heart causing you to rejoice, even in the midst of hardship.

Scripture Readings: Ps 102:17; Ps 139:17; Prov 23:18; Eccl 3:17; Isa 9:13; Isa 14:24; Isa 30:19; Isa 40:2; Jer 15:11; Jer 31:17; Ezek 36:37; Zech 13:9; Acts 27:31; 1 Cor 10:13

DAY 6 PATIENCE PLEASE…PATIENCE IN PROGRESS “Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,” - 1 Corinthians 13:4 FOCUS: The under construction sign that we oftentimes see during times of travel is an indication that progress is being made. The inconvenient detours, slowed traffic flow, and frustrations are all temporary. In exchange for these will be a more expedient way to your destination not only just for you, but for everyone. We can go the distance when exercising love while waiting. Assess your patience level with God, yourself, and others. Take time and write down areas where your patience is most challenged (i.e., waiting for answered prayer, spouse, children, etc.). Be specific. Tell yourself and others’ to be patient please, God is still at work.

Scripture Readings: Col 3:14; Jas 5:12; 3 John 2; Prov 10:12. 1 Pet 1:22; 1 Cor 13:1–13; 14:1; 1 Thess 3:12; 4:9, 10; 2 Thess 1:3; 1 Tim 1:5; Heb 13:1; 2 Pet 1:6, 7; Prov 10:12; 12:16; 17:9; 18:13; 1 Cor 13:7; Jas 5:20

DAY 7 WINGS LIKE EAGLES “But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” - Isaiah 40:31 FOCUS: We live in a generation where waiting is not the norm. Many desire things to be done quick, fast, and in a hurry. Israel, primarily because of their unbelief, suffered at the hands of their enemies. They would endure a time of affliction and hardship, but just for a season. The Lord promises to deliver us out of all our afflictions (Psalm 34:19). While we patiently wait for Him, He is renewing our strength and causes us to fly high above the very same afflictions derived from our errors and the ones intentionally administered by others. Learn to enjoy the view while waiting on the Creator of the universe to fulfill His promises.

Scripture Readings: Isa 8:17; 25:9; 30:18; Ps 25:3, 5, 21; 27:14; 37:34; 40:1; 84:7; 92:1, 13; 123:2; Lam 3:25, 26; Rom 8:25; 1 Thess 1:10

DAY 8 SIR, MAM, PLEASE CALM DOWN “A wrathful man stirreth up strife: but he that is slow to anger appeaseth strife.”- Proverbs 15:18

FOCUS: Unfortunately, many people have lived out the consequences of their uncontrolled anger. If you are not one of them, praise God for His grace in those situations where you know you did not get what you deserved. It is important for us to remember that anger is not an emotion that we should suffocate, but rather it should be expressed in a way that does not lead to sin (Ephesians 4:26). As born again Believer’s, we may get angry at times, but should never give the enemy an opportunity to have his way during those moments. Trace some past and current issues where anger pushed the envelope for you to sin. Have you grown from these experiences? Is there still residue in your heart that you need God to remove? He is a burden remover. Ask Him to remove this thing!

Scripture Readings: Prov 10:12; 26:21; 28:25; 29:22; 2 Sam 19:43; 20:1; Jas 3:14–16 Prov 15:1; 25:15; Gen 13:8, 9; Judg 8:1–3; 1 Sam 25:24–44; Eccl 10:4; Matt 5:9; Acts 6:1–5; Jas 1:19, 20

DAY 9 POWER IN AGREEMENT Can two walk together, except they be agreed? - Amos 3:3

FOCUS: You may be mighty in prayer alone, but even mightier with a prayer warrior joining in with you. The Bible says that one will put one thousand to flight, but two will put ten thousand to flight (Leviticus 26:8, Deuteronomy 32:30). We can do ten times as much with someone agreeing with us than we could by ourselves. Pray to God, to send you a mighty prayer warrior to connect and serve with through the power of prayer or if you already have a prayer partner, believe God to do even more this year than he did last year. As iron sharpens iron, So a man sharpens the countenance of his friend (Proverbs 27:17).

Scripture Reading: Genesis 17:1, Genesis 5:22, Genesis 6:9, 2, Corinthians 6:14-16, Matthew 18:20; Gen 2:18; Exod 4:14–16; Num 11:14; Prov 27:17; Hag 1:14; Mark 6:7; Acts 13:2; 15:39, 40; 1 Cor 12:18–21

DAY 10 DEATH, WHERE IS YOUR STING? “O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” - 1 Corinthians 15:55–57 FOCUS: The story is told of a little girl and her dad who one day decided to take a road trip to the beach. It was a beautiful day, and all of the windows were down in the car as there was no need for the air condition. Midway into the trip, a wasp enters in through the open window a began to aggressively fly in the open space of the car. The young girl was not only terrified of wasp, but she was also allergic to the sting of wasp. As she began to cry hysterically, her dad remained calm. He stretched out his arm, and allowed the wasp to sting him. He then looked over to his daughter, showed her the stinger in his arm, and said, “There is no need to fear, the sting is gone.” Over 2,000 years ago, Jesus removed once and for all the sting of death and because He did, we can live with Him forever! Scripture Readings: Job 41:22; Ps 16:10; Ps 23:4; Prov 14:32; Isa 51:13; Matt 16:18; Luke 6:48; 1 Cor 15:26; 2 Tim 1:10; Heb 2:14; Rev 6:2; Rev 6:8; John 16:33; Rom 8:37; 1 John 5:4, 5; Rev 12:11

DAY 11 SHUTTING THE MOUTH OF THE LION “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: - 1 Peter 5:8 FOCUS: The roar of a male lion can be heard from up to five miles away. Satan is a lion who may roar, but he has was defanged at the cross (Colossians 2:15). His deceptive roar is experienced by Believers in an attempt to rob our spiritual growth and development. He roars through times of persecution, strong temptation and accusations against God’s chosen vessels. He can become loud and very intimidating, but we have the power and authority through the power of the Holy Spirit to shut His mouth. What are areas in your life where the Devil is roaring? Utilize your spiritual weapons to shut His mouth once and for all. (Ephesians 6:10-18)

Scripture Readings: 1 Pet 1:13; 4:7; Matt 24:48–50; Luke 12:45, 46; 21:34, 36; Rom 13:11–13; 1 Thess 5:6–8; 1 Tim 2:9, 15; 3:2, 11; Titus 1:8; 2:2, 4, 6, 12; Matt 4:1, 11; 13:39; 25:41; John 8:44

DAY 12 NOW, THIS IS THE GOOD LIFE “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” - Galatians 2:20 FOCUS: When we come to Jesus Christ for salvation, we enter into an eternal, limitless relationship with Him. Jesus Christ died. We died. Jesus Christ arose. We arose. Jesus Christ ascended. We ascended with Him. Because of His ultimate sacrifice, “Life is Good.” It is faith in Him that connects us so intimately to Him. We become one person and can boldly declare the righteousness and victory He distributed to His people, and for His people. Examine your life today in the context of what Paul is saying here. Have you been crucified with Christ? Are you living in the flesh or in the faith? Have you fully embraced His love towards you?

Scripture Readings: Gal 5:24; 6:14; Rom 6:4–8; 8:3, 4; Col 2:11–14; Eph 2:4, 5; Col 2:13; 3:3, 4; John 14:19, 20; 17:21; 2 Cor 4:10, 11; 13:3, 5; Eph 3:17; Col 1:27; Rev 3:20; 2 Cor 4:11

DAY 13 VICTOR OR VICTIM? But after I have been raised, I will go before you to Galilee. - Mark 14:28 FOCUS: God has already gone before us. There is no place that we have ever been that he has not been already. If you are going through a difficult time, know that God has gone before you and desires for you to have the attitude of a VICTOR and not a victim. A VICTOR is a person who defeats an enemy or opponent in battle. A victim is a person who is tricked or duped into believing that they have to fight the battle all by their selves. The victim always communicates that the battle is already lost. Begin praising God for what he has already done. Jesus said, “It is Finished!” (John 19:30). You are a VICTOR and you have the victory through the finished work of Jesus!

Scripture Readings: Mark 16:7; Matt 16:21; 26:32; 28:7, 10, 16; John 21:1; 1 Cor 15:4–6 ;Philippians 4:13, John 16:33, Eph 6:13, I Corinthians 15:55-57, I John 5:4-5, Revelation 20

DAY 15 STRENGTH MADE PERFECT “And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.” - 2 Corinthians 12:9 FOCUS: Grace is a powerful force. It is like a mighty wind that pushes us toward God’s perfect will. When we focus on the GRACE of God, it gives us new hope, even at our weakest moments. Before we ever open our mouths to complain about what we do not have, let us start with the GRACE of God. When we open our eyes and recognize what He has already done, our strength grows and propels us into His best. Praise The Lord for His Amazing GRACE. Gods Riches At Christ Expense. Have you received His Amazing GRACE today? If so, you have the strength to overcome whatever is in your way. If not, what are you waiting on?

Scripture Readings: 2 Cor 12:10; 3:5, 6; Exod 3:11, 12; 4:10–15; Deut 33:25–27; Josh 1:9; Isa 43:2; Jer 1:6–9; Matt 10:19, 20; Luke 21:15; 1 Cor 10:13; 15:10; Col 1:28, 29; 1 Tim 1:14; Heb 4:16; Ps 8:2

DAY 16 DEBT FREE AND LOVING IT! “There is treasure to be desired and oil in the dwelling of the wise; but a foolish man spendeth it up.” - Proverbs 21:20 FOCUS: The treasure of God inside of us is far more valuable than anything this world could ever offer. God’s wisdom and knowledge is available through a relationship with Christ Jesus. Godly wisdom brings benefits and riches that are incomprehensible to the world. He can take two fish, and five loaves and make it enough to fill us and others. He will cause a little oil to be more than enough to pay your debtors and then have some left over. Don’t be foolish and throw away the very thing that God wants to use. If what you have in your hand is not enough, learn to make it your seed. God will bless it and multiply it mightily.

DAY 17 IT’S TIME TO GET UP Key verse: Jesus said to him, “Get up, take up your bed, and walk.” - John 5:8

Focus: The certain man at the Pool of Bethesda was ill for thirty-eight years. Jesus asked him a very important question, “Do you wish to get well?” Let me ask you a question, “Do you believe that God can take your ordinary life and make it extraordinary?” What would you attempt to do if you knew you could not fail? It is time to stop procrastinating and use what you have, start where you are, and do what you can do. Search your heart and ask God to reveal those areas where you have thrown in the towel because you were unable to do it in your own strength. Do you wish to be well today? Hear His voice saying to you, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” [2 Cor. 12:9] Take the first step and trust that He can do the impossible in your life.

Scripture Readings: Psalm 90: Psalm 68:28; Psalm 142:3; Matthew 9:6; Mark 2:11; Luke 18:41; Hebrews 4:13-15; Acts 9:34

DAY 18 SPIRITUAL FRUIT

Key verse: But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, selfcontrol; against such things there is no law.—Galatians 5:22-23

Focus: Have you ever seen an apple tree produce oranges? The reason you will not see an apple tree produce oranges is because since the beginning, the seeds inside of all fruit were designed by God to produce after their own kind. ”And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good” (Genesis 1:12). As a believer of Jesus Christ, the capacity to produce spiritual fruit is inside of you. When we abide in Jesus, there are three characteristics that should be obvious as it pertains to spiritual fruit: 1) spiritual fruit should be visible, 2) spiritual fruit is a product of the root, and lastly 3) the fruit produced should always be used to benefit someone else. How is your spiritual harvest? Which areas need pruning in your life? What would someone experience if they picked from your tree? Be honest. Allow Him to prune beginning today. Scripture Readings: Genesis 1:11-12; Galatians 5:16-18; Psalm 1:3; Psalm 92:14; Matthew 12:33; John 15:1-10; Ephesians 4:29-32; Ephesians 5:9; Colossians 1:9-10; Titus 2:1-12

DAY 19 HUNGRY FOR GUIDANCE Key verse - And it came to pass, when I heard these words, that I sat down and wept, and mourned certain days, and fasted, and prayed before the God of heaven, - Nehemiah 1:4 The presence of God is foundational to GUIDANCE (Psalm 23:3). Prerequisites for GUIDANCE:

1) Humility (Psalm 25:9) 2) Integrity (Proverbs 11:3)

3) Discernment (Proverbs 1:5) 4) Wisdom (Proverbs 16:23) 5) Trust (Proverbs 3:5-7) The Promise of Guidance in difficult times Isaiah 40:1-8; (Luke 3:1-5); Isaiah 42:16; Psalm 139:7-10; Hebrews 13:5 All the children of God shall be led by the Spirit of God, Romans 8:14; Psalm 143:10; Galatians 5:16; 1 Corinthians 12:10-16

DAY 20 THE COMMAND FOR BLESSINGS Key verse: Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity… for there the Lord commanded the blessing, even life for evermore. —Psalms 133 Focus: Unity has to do with same purpose. For example, if a praise and worship team are singing in great harmony, it is not because they’re singing the same parts, but rather because they add their unique part to the same song. Examine your heart today and pray to the Lord that He aligns you to His purpose for your life. He commands blessings where there is unity. Invite the Holy Spirit to enter into your heart today, to begin restoring the spirit of unity, starting with you in your family. Scripture Reading: Principles of Unity: (1) Speak the Same Thing-I Corinthians 1:10, (2) Have to Same Mind-I Corinthians1:10, (3) Have the Same Judgement-I Corinthians 1:10,(4) Have the Same Love-Philippians 2:1-3, (5) Show the Same Earnest Care-2 Corinthians 8:16, (6) Have the Same Spirit-I Corinthians 12:4, (7) Walk in the Same Steps – 2 Corinthians 12:18, (8) Have the Same Spirit of Faith-2 Corinthians 4:13, (9) Walk by the Same Rule-Philippians 3:16, (10)Show the Same DiligenceHebrews 6:11

DAY 21 THANK YOU LORD “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” - Romans 5:8 Focus: The whole human race is found guilty under God’s law. No one is exempt from the penalty of the law of sin and death. There is none righteous, no. not one. (Psalm 14:1-3, Romans 3:10-12) What’s amazing about the greatest love story ever told is that love was demonstrated towards a people who really deserved to die. The story is told about a man who was found guilty of a crime that he indeed committed. As he stood before the judge to receive his sentence of life in prison, the judge began to do something very unusual. He issued the sentence, took off his robe, and then came down from his bench to where the guilty man stood. He whispered in his ear, “I will take this punishment for you my son. Go, live and let others’ know that this gift is available to all who receive me.” Our Judge came down from heaven to earth, became sin to defeat sin, and has given us a clear path to abundant and eternal life. Hallelujah to The Lamb of God! Scripture Readings: Rom 5:20; 3:5; John 15:13; Eph 1:6–8; 2:7; 1 Tim 1:16; Isa 53:6; 1 Pet 3:18; 1 John 3:16; 4:9, 10 ; Gen 22:2; Gen 22:12

Praise The Lord for completing the fast! Receive the changes that God has allowed to take place in you. He desires to do exceedingly and abundantly more than we could ever ask or think according to the power that worketh in us (Ephesians 3:20).

ENDING YOUR FAST Gradually introduce those foods you may have eaten before the fast. It will take time for your stomach and digestive track to adjust. Partake in smaller daily meals and light snacks. Exercise wisdom moving forward. Consider a lifestyle of healthier food choices moving forward.
