100 Days of Prayer and Fasting Guide 14 Weeks of Prayer, Fasting, Purging, Impartation, Intercession, Transformation, Healing and Study January 1, 2016 – April 9, 2016

Type of Fasting: Your personal choice, but whatever you do please commit to it wholeheartedly. I don’t believe true fasts involve tv, social media and coffee breaks – NO OFFENSE, BUT THOSE ARE NOT TRUE BIBLICAL FASTS, nor are they sacrifices. They are basically putting addictions aside, which should be done without thought. True fasting is about purging of flesh, breaking self-will and dependency on things outside of God, the molding and conforming of the soul and body, and the cultivating of a greater dependency on the sustainer of all life, Who is Christ. “Man shall not live by bread alone, but out of every Word that proceeds out of the mouth of God”. Because of the lengthiness of this time, I recommend what is commonly called the Daniel Fast (https://danielfast.wordpress.com/daniel-fast-food-list/) which focuses more on what you are abstaining from and less on quantity. The Lord gave me this Word for those who commit to the challenge of not only praying but fasting for the ENTIRE 100 days. Saying “during this time if you remain faithful to this covenant, not only will you be inwardly transformed, but your body will be re-calibrated and reset through purging and detoxifying every damaged and toxic cell that continues to reproduce itself”. He reminded me that what we use as the Daniel "fast" concerning the foods we abstain from during fasting, was actually not far from Daniel's way of life and should be ours. He will bless with a 100 Days of spiritual reform, regeneration, restoration, and refreshing, but not only the blessing of renewed life in the things of the Word and the Spirit, but renewed and regenerated bodies in that He showed me that some will experience total and complete healing of high blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol issues, vision issues, skin toxins, eczema, cancer, digestive issues, heart issues and other issues of health caused by negligence, poor eating, being overly medicated, slothful and emotional. Some will never return to a toxic way of living, as I heard the words "then go and sin no more". Many are diligent concerning exercise but have never been regenerated on the cellular level so they still take medication and wrestle with physical issues. God is blessing us in the midst of this time of prayer and fasting and that is amazing! To think that this movement not only has amazing spiritual implications but physical life-changing ones in store as we prepare for this endtime work of both seedtime and harvest, for both former and latter rains. I am reminded of the word of the God, "I wish above all things that you would prosper and be in health, EVEN AS YOUR SOUL PROSPERS". This scripture reveals manifold blessings of prosperity and health linking both the Spiritual and natural. Soul (mind will and emotions) prosperity, directly effected by continuing to properly walk in the things of the Spirit, yet tied to physical health and well-being. In the fasting, be led of God. Honor your commitment. Don’t talk so much about it with anyone. Don’t focus on the food aspect so much. Just get what you are called to get and move on. Usually because of the bodies addiction to certain things, initially you may experience some natural responses to the removal of these addictive foods and drinks like headaches, stomach aches, even edginess or cravings. They are short lived. You will not die, but live and declare the marvelous works of the Lord! LOL. If you take medicine actually this should help. Bible Readings: The Acts of the Apostles which consists of 28 chapters. I highly recommend using a tool that always brings transformation to my life when I want the Word of God to sink deep within my soul, which is the Visual Bible on YouTube. I have attached the link: http://youtu.be/xp8twKj0Epc for the book of Acts. We will walk through 2 chapters per week (if you complete the 2 chapters before the week is done, reread/study them and I believe fresh fire, wind and revelation will come to meet you where you are). Prayer Points: Below are our weekly prayer focus points but be free and led by the Holy Spirit.
