Temple of Zeus Hike Uzuncaburç has the best-preserved temple of Zeus in Asia Minor. Hike on mostly flat land, where strollers can be used in an “off road” kind of way. After exploring the temple, we take our time coming down the hill making stops along the way to explore an aqueduct, amphitheater, and a Byzantine church. $45 includes transportation, grilled hot dogs, and water. $25 for ages 6-12. Under age 6 are free.

Anavarza Castle is built on a 200 meter high majestic outcrop of limestone and has a clear view of the ancient remains of the city below and the surrounding area. It’s one of our harder hikes as you climb over 400 stairs on the side of a steep cliff. Bring TL coins to purchase çay (tea) at the end of your hike. $35 includes transportation, grilled hot dogs, and water. Ages 7-12 are $15 and ages 6 and under are free.
