Die Linie Industrial Wash hat die Tests über 50 Waschgänge nach Industrie­ standard bei 95°C (weiss) bzw. 75°C (bunt) mit Auszeichnung bestanden. Bei diesen Verschleissproben haben sich unsere Produkte durch ihre hohe Farbstabilität sowie sehr hohe Resistenz gegenüber Licht, Schweiss, Chlor und Peroxid bewährt. Diese Eigenschaften werden durch das Zertifikat HQS 704 der Hohenstein Institute bestätigt.

La ligne Industrial Wash a passé les tests durant 50 cycles de lavage au standard industriel à 95°C (blanc), respectivement 75°C (couleur). Lors de ces essais d’usure, nos produits se sont distingués par une grande stabilité des couleurs et une très haute résistance à la lumière, la sueur, le chlore et le peroxyde. Ces qualités sont reconnues par le certificat HQS 704 de l’Institut Hohenstein.

The Industrial Wash line has successfully passed tests of 50 industrial standard washing cycles at 95°C (white) and 75°C (colour). Our products performed exceptionally well in these wear tests because of their colourfast properties and very high resistance to light, perspiration, chlorine and peroxide. The HQS 704 certificate issued by the Hohenstein Institute certifies these qualities.

Die Philosophie von Switcher und CHT/ BEZEMA zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit führte uns zum gemeinsamen Projekt Industrial Wash. Der Austausch von Erfahrung, die Entwicklung intelligenter Produkte und das Nutzen von Kompe­ tenzen ergaben in der Gesamtheit einen Mehrwert für beide Firmen. Während des CHT/BEZEMA Symposi­ ums Textilpflege 2010 präsentieren wir unsere hochwertige IW Produktlinie, die speziell für den Industriewäschebereich entwickelt wurde. Schwerpunkt der Erfolgstory lag im Küpenfarbstoff (BEZATHREN) von CHT/ BEZEMA. Nur damit war es möglich, den Hohenstein Standard HQS 704 zu errei­ chen. Die hochstehenden Anforderungen der kombinierten Licht- und Schweis­ sechtheit erfüllen und dabei höchste Farbstabilität zu garantieren, war eine Herausforderung, der sich BEZEMA und Switcher gestellt haben.

Partageant la philosophie du développe­ ment durable, Switcher et CHT/BEZEMA ont élaboré ensemble le projet « Industrial Wash ». Sa réussite et le niveau de qualité obtenu l’ont été par l’échange d’expériences, le développement de pro­ duits intelligents et l’utilisation optimum des compétences. Durant le symposium 2010 de CHT/ BEZEMA nous présentons notre ligne IW haut de gamme aux spécialistes du secteur de la blanchisserie industrielle. Cette « success story » repose prin­ cipalement sur le savoir faire dans le domaine de la teinture en fond de cuve (BEZATHREN) que CHT/BEZEMA a développée pour notre gamme IW. Grâce à ce processus industriel la stabilité et la résistance des couleurs à la lumière et à la sueur est garantie (certification Hohenstein HQS 704).

At the CHT/BEZEMA Textile Care Sym­ posium 2010 we will be presenting our premium quality IW product line which has been specifically developed to meet industrial wash requirements. The key point of the IW project’s success story is CHT/BEZEMA’s vat dye (BEZA­ THREN) which was crucial in obtaining the Hohenstein HQS 704 certificate. Switcher and BEZEMA have successfully taken up the challenge of generating products that meet the highest standards of combined light fastness and perspi­ ration-resistance, guaranteeing perfect colour fastness.

Sonne sicher geniessen. Einen zuver­ lässigen Schutz vor schädlichen UVStrahlen bieten Kleidungsstücke. Der UV-Schutz von Textilien hängt stark von den verwendeten Materialien ab und lässt sich nicht mit freiem Auge beurteilen. Zur Festlegung des UV-Schutzfaktors (UPF) sind aufwendige Laboruntersuchungen notwendig. Mehrere Switcher Artikel wurden durch die Firma Testex (unab­ hängiges Prüfinstitut) UV-Standard 801 zertifiziert. UV Standard

Profiter du soleil en toute sécurité. Les vêtements offrent une protection fiable contre les rayons UV nocifs. La protection UV des textiles, qu’un simple coup d’oeil ne permet pas de déceler, dépend fortement des matériaux utilisés. La détermination de l’indice de protection anti-UV nécessite des examens de labo­ ratoire complexes. De nombreux articles Switcher ont été certifiés par la société Testex (institut d’évaluation indépendant) UV-Standard 801. L’Institut Hohenstein est un centre de recherche et de services internationa­ lement reconnu. Les résultats d’ana­ lyses ainsi que les tests et certificats répondent aux plus hautes exigences de l’industrie. Ils servent de référence fiable aux fabricants et acheteurs sur le marché international des vêtements profession­ nels. La ligne Industrial Wash de Switcher est certifiée Hohenstein HQS 704.

It entered to stream­ line and improve the former legislative framework on chemicals of the European Union (EU).

UV Standard

Enjoy the sun safely. Garments provide reliable protection against harmful UV radiation. The degree of UV protection provided by textiles depends heavily on the materials which are used and cannot be assessed visually. Complex laboratory tests are needed to determine the UV protection factor (UPF). Several Switcher articles have been certified UV standard 801 compliant by Testex (inde­ pendent institute). The Hohenstein Institute are an interna­ tionally recognized research and service center. The research results, tests and certificates satisfy the highest industry criteria.
