YOU R AISE Kids don’t think twice before telling you that your breath stinks, before announcing that Grandma´s food is disgusting, or before asking strangers about the red spots on their face. As annoying it may be, in many ways their brutal honesty is all part of their charm. At Geggamoja we have no desire to change this honesty. On the contrary we feel that we adults occasionally would benefit from applying some of it to our own lives. Therefore we are committed to only make clothes in materials and designs we would love to see our own children dressed in. Rather than speculating in what may sell some five seasons ahead, we stay true to our own feelings about what’s right and what’s not, for families as well as for business. You see, to us there is no difference between these two since we are a family business consisting of two sisters with two young families. In short: We dress. You raise. Autumn/Winter 2012 GEGGAMOJA launches a new autumn/winter collection of beautiful children’s clothing in college-, denim- and beautiful organic cotton fabrics, sizes from 50/56 to 134/140. As usual GEGGAMOJAS goal is to create good looking, practical and comfortable clothing. GEGGAMOJAS clothes are just as good looking to wear at a party as on kindergarten. Fun details transform a simple jacket or a cute dress into a cool garment. Most garments are unisex. Solid colors are matched with a classic stripe in new fresh color combinations. News this season is cool rain clothing, comfortable rubber boots, warm padded jackets and knitted tights. In the collection, you can also find a new range of beautiful clothing in striped velour fabric.

With few exceptions, we rely on organic cotton for our Geggamoja cotton garments. The reason is obvious. The farming for organic cotton has much less of a negative impact on people and our planet. Pesticides used in non-organic farming for cotton are a health hazard for the people working in the cotton industry. They also have children who need their parents aswell as our children do. Organically grown cottonfabrics in Geggamoja organic collection is certified to GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), the internationally best-known standard for organic textile production. GOTS sets environmental standards throughout the manufacturing process and includes the cultivation, harvesting, production, processes, manufacture, packaging and labeling.
