Mr. Justin Thomas (MD - ISSTAC, MIND POWER Trainer, Trainer – KILA, JCI, & Faculty – IMG, SJCET), a passionate HR trainer has post graduate degrees in Economics and Sociology from University of Mumbai. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Foreign Trade and Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling. He participated in various training programs based on Vedic Vision, NLP, TA, TCI, Mind Power, Law of Attraction etc. He has the work experience with corporate world like WTC Mumbai, NGOs like Aga Khan Education Services and many educational institutions like Tata Institute of Social Sciences, DY Patil Institute of Management Studies, DY Patil University, Mumbai. He conducted more than 1000 training and counselling sessions.

What is soft skill training? Swami Vivekananda gave an apt definition for education as Education Is the Manifestation of the Perfection of Already within You.
