Winners at our July Meeting This month’s Members Draw was No 82 Janet & Tony Baumer and as they were present they received the cash amount of $20-00 for July. The prizes for this month’s raffle where won by Kay Holding, Sandera Vallance and Patricia Anderson. Thank You to Keith Scott for donating the extra Orchid to the raffle. Congratulations to the winners and good luck to all in the next draw. Welcome to our Visitors Welcome to Patricia Anderson & Patricia White. July Meeting & Casserole Night Another great night with some beautifull food thank you to all who contributed. Inter Club Visit The inter club visit for this year will be hosted by Wangaratta with a date yet to be allocated as soon I get a date I will let you know. We will then look at numbers and means of transport. Proposed Three Rivers Orchid Show The Three Rivers Orchid Show proposed for November 2017. There was another meeting held in Cobram on the 24/7/16 at the home of Norm & Pam Gardner with five members representing Wagga Wagga with two apologies. We have now formed a working committee and it is all looking very positive for next year. We are going to have the next meeting on the 20/8/16 at 10-30 am at Corowa meeting at MacDonald’s and then going to the proposed venue. I will give a short briefing of how it is progressing at our August Meeting. Home Visits 3rd Sunday of the month at 2 pm August 21st at John Dawe & Anita Laiday’s 59 Mitchelmore Street Turvey Park. September 24th & 25th WWOS Spring Show October 16th Gertie & Herbert Edeskuty’s 69 Pugsley Ave Estella. November Walk about ? Please re member to bring a chair and a plate. Spring Show We are now seeking Raffle Prizes for our Monster Spring Show Raffle if you have anything to donate could you please bring it in no later than our July Meeting, This is our only real fund raiser for the year so let’s all get involved and make the best yet. Raffle Tickets Raffle Tickets for our monster Raffle to be drawn at our Spring Show were posted out with the May newsletter, With one book of 10 per member, Can you please sell or purchase tickets at $1.00 per ticket & bring the books & money back to the General Meeting no later than our September meeting on the 8/9/16.
