Competitor Set Alerts: The percentage of tabs with no alerts of each hotel in the competitor set

Latest Booking Record: View the detail of hotel’s most recent 8 bookings

Notes: • Red alert is an opportunity to improve the performance of your hotel. Green alert means you have no issues for today..

• The Compset Alert is calculated from the number of red alerts on the 3 tabs - Best Rate Guarantee, Ranking & Conversion, and Review & Content Scores. • Latest Booking Records are identified by three colours: green for confirmed bookings, red for cancelled bookings and yellow for amended bookings.

Review & content Scores

Conversion: shows the number of bookings made when 100 customer search.

Fix Content: Shortcut to Hotel Profile page. Multiple photos for your hotel and all room types help improve bookings.

Review Scores: Your hotel’s average review scores from customers compared to your competitor set

Content Percentage: Percentages of your hotel’s content completeness compared to your competitors.

Notes: • In order to reach 100% content completeness, the hotel must have: • 15 hotel facilities or more available (excluding room facilities) • 15 hotel photos or more, and at least two photos for each room type • The room size specified for every room type • At least one facility available for each room type

Booking Performance Booking Performance Graph:

View by: Choose the period of time to view room nights sold.

Booking Performance Ranking: Top 5 storefronts: The table represents the top 5 international websites by revenue for your hotel (excluding agoda.com and your local language website)

The table represents your hotel’s booking performance ranking vs. the number of hotels in various data sets. The highest number of room nights is ranked as the 1st place.

Average Daily Rate(ADR) Performance View by: Average Daily Rate Graph: The graph represents the average daily rate over the time period selected.

Choose the period of time you would like to view.

Average Daily Rate Ranking: The lowest ADR is ranked as the 1st place.

Length of Stay(LOS) & Lead Time Lead Time Graph: The graph represents the lead time of your hotel based on the check-in date.

View by: Choose the period of time you would like to view.

Length of Stay Graph:

The table represents the lead time and LOS ranking of your hotel vs. the number of hotels in various data sets. The highest lead time and LOS is ranked as the 1st place.

The graph represents the length of stay for your hotel based on the check-in date.

Tips

• Hotels can print the graph by clicking the print button that appears at the top right hand corner of the graph.



Hotels can export the graph as an image file or a PDF document by clicking the export button that appears at the top right hand corner of the graph and select the file format to export.



Hotels can look at the detail on any point of the graph by pointing the mouse on it.

Hotels can zoom to look at a specific part of the graph by dragging the mouse on the required area. Users can get back to the original view by clicking on the Reset zoom button.
