USER MANUAL for Workplan, Dashboard & SMS

WORKPLAN On the Main Menu, choose option Workplan. The following workplans will be displayed:-

The location hierarchy has to be selected upto Subcentre level. Choose option A. Workplan for ANC.

When the report is viewed for ALL options in ANM/ASHA the following report is displayed:-

This report shows the detailed workplan for the services given, services due and services overdue. Selecting ANM option displays the following workplan:-

The report shows the services given, services due and services overdue. Similarly select option B. Workplan for Delivery which displays the following report:When workplan is viewed for ALL option the following report is displayed:-

It shows the LMP Date, Expected Date of Delivery etc. Similarly select option C. Workplan for PNC which displays the following report:-

DASHBOARD On the Main Menu Click Dashboard for graphical display of existing data till subcentre level.

Click Notice Board on the main menu for User Manual and any new development.

Clicking on the Search option on the main menu displays the following report:

This option is used to search the ANM/ASHA details from the SMS received and then validate their record as per the MCTS database. The location details or other details like name etc. can also be corrected here.

This option is visible only to NIC State coordinator and NRHM State coordinator.

The main menu has an option SMS. Clicking on SMS displays the following screen:-

Select option A. SMS Contact Number Entry and click submit button. The following screen is displayed:-

This option is used to register a mobile number in MCTS for receiving SMS. On selecting State option in report type, the messages will be sent for state and on selecting district option the messages will be sent at district level. SMS code is selected as TC and status is selected as active by default. Status can be updated to inactive later if any wrong entry has been done. SMS Group is state code by default.

Select option B. Send SMS, click submit button. The following screen is displayed:15

Bulk Send and Unicode option is checked by default. By selecting Group radio button, you can send the SMS to group (State Group). However, if you want to send SMS to all mobile numbers maintained by NIC in state group e.g. Maharashtra then you can select your state group name and send SMS. By selecting ANM/ASHA radio button, you can send SMS to ANM/ASHA. On clicking Mobile No radio button, you can send SMS to various mobile numbers together separated by comma.

By selecting Workplan(Mother or Child) , you can send Workplans to only those ANMs and ASHAs who have sent 16

reply SMS to MCTS server for validation. You can further select year , Month, district and ANM,ASHA, Beneficiary. Via 9212401034 sends the message with sender 9212401034 and then a reply SMS can be sent to the same number. When selected 'Yes' in Validated drop down, it sends SMS to only validated numbers .If 'ALL' is selected message is sent to all numbers. It is always preferable to select Unicode while sending Workplan SMS to ANMs and ASHAs if the names of health workers, mother and children have been entered in Hindi language at the time of data entry.

Click Logout to logoff from the application.
