Current methods used to Install and Fix Toilet, WC and Bidet pans. Direct to floor fixing: Concrete type floors. Toilet-Bidet pans installed on concrete floors are fixed permanently on a bed of sand and cement or a cement adhesive. ■

Fixing a Toilet pan, WC pan or Bidet pan with sand & cement makes it impossible to remove and refix the pan for plumbing repairs and or decorative improvement. ■ The toilet-bidet pan as to be smashed out. ■

Direct to floor fixing: Wood floors. Excessively long-large fixing screws are required to fix toilet-bidet pans to wood floors. They often cause damage to pipes and wiring unseen under the floorboards. ■

Side Fixing: Toilet, WC and Bidet pans. Concrete type floors require a hole drilling with a 10mm masonry drill to a minimum depth of 55mm to accommodate the plug for the bolt that secures the toilet-WC pan fixing bracket. ■
