Lloret offers water-sports and lots of beach bars and open air cafes to refresh yourselves. There is a fantastic choice of entertainment with many discotheques, bars, sophisticated nightclubs, flamenco shows and casino. The charming narrow streets of the old town offer a shoppers paradise, packed with all kinds of souvenirs to take home. About a mile west is the slightly quieter resort of Fanals with its own pretty coarse sandy beach. A bus service operates between these two resorts but it can easily be walked in approximately ten minutes.

The pleasant resort of Malgrat caters for all ages. Situated between Calella and Lloret, Santa Susanna/Malgrat offers a slightly quieter holiday but is within easy access of the larger resorts. The long coarse sandy beach is interspersed with rocks and there is a regular boat service that comes into the shelved beach with a shuttle bus service connecting the two. A coastal railway runs alongside the seafront road, dividing the hotels from the beach. There are plenty of shops, where you can buy locally made handcrafts and a weekly market for bargains and souvenirs. The resort offers a variety of entertainment with bars, discos and cafes.

There’s plenty to do including pedalos, windsurfing, skating and horse riding. Or shop in the maze of narrow streets in the centre of Calella with bargains at the weekly market. PASSENGER INFORMATION & CONDITIONS Because of our policy of fair trading we would like you to know and understand the terms on which you book and travel with us. To ensure that, once your booking is accepted, it is fair to you and contains no hidden or unfair conditions we have set all our terms out clearly below for your perusal. There are no other terms. Booking 1. Bookings are only accepted subject to these conditions. 2. All holidays must be reserved on the Company Booking form (unless booked through the Ferris Holidays website). Deposits A deposit of £25/£40 per person must accompany the Booking Form if booking more than 8 weeks prior to your departure. If booking within 8 weeks of your departure then the full amount must be paid. No Booking form will be considered unless accompanied by the appropriate deposit. Confirmation Of Booking Once we have received your Booking Form and appropriate deposit we will reserve your holiday and confirmation of booking/invoice will be sent to you. The contract between you and FERRIS HOLIDAYS LIMITED will come into force when you receive confirmation of booking or immediately if the booking is made by Credit Card when payment is confirmed. Please Note: All card transactions are subject to a 1% charge. Very occasionally a payment will be taken and in the meantime the relevant holiday becomes unavailable. A full refund will be processed if an alternative is not suitable. The Contract The Contract will be between FERRIS HOLIDAYS LIMITED (the Company) and the person that signs the booking form (the Client). The person signing the Booking Form warrants and confirms that: 1. He has authority of each client whose name appears on the Booking Form to contract with the Company in accordance with these conditions. 2. He has explained to each client that they are bound by these Conditions and has shown them to each of them. 3. Each client in respect of whom the booking is made accepts to be bound by these conditions and has read this brochure in its entirety. 4. The person signing the Booking Form agrees to be liable jointly and severally with all clients in respect of whom a booking is accepted for any liabilities that they may incur towards the Company under this contract. Holiday Price All prices quoted in this brochure (including supplements) are per person for the duration stated in the price panel. Although brochure prices are valid at the time of publication, it is possible that at the time of booking the price has increased on your chosen holiday. We reserve the right to charge the increased per person price, this will be advised when booking. We also reserve the right, without limitation, to increase or decrease the price of any advertised holiday. The correct per person price will be advised when booking. All holiday prices quoted are based on the following exchange rates: EURO 1.32 These were the Exchange Rates published by Xe.Com website, September 30th, 2015. The price of your holiday is subject to surcharges on the following items: Government Action, currency, coach fuel, port taxes, continental road tolls, a coach charter rates, ferry fares and VAT. Even in this case we will absorb an amount equivalent to 2% of the holiday price which excludes insurance premiums and any amendment charges. Only amounts in excess of the 2% will be surcharged but where a surcharge is payable there will be an administration charge of 50p together with an amount to cover agents commission. If this means paying more than 10% of the holiday price, you will be entitled to

cancel your holiday with a full refund of all money paid except for any premium paid to us for holiday insurance and amendment charges. Should you decide to cancel because of this you must exercise your right in writing within 14 days of the issue date printed on the invoice. Final Invoices, will include any applicable surcharges and are guaranteed against further changes. In return for this undertaking we will not reduce prices for favourable movements in rates. Cancellation by Client The client may cancel the Contract by giving the Company written notice and subject to the following cancellation charges for all bookings excluding flight packages. Percentage of Notice prior to departure holiday cost 56+ days Deposit only* 50% 55-36 days 70% 35-22 days 21-11 days 90% 10-0 days 100% *If you have paid in full for your holiday and your insurance has been issued and you cancel with more than 56 days notice the deposit and the insurance premium are non refundable. Flight Packages Deposit only* 56+ days 55-0 days 100% No refund can be made in respect of cancellation received by us on or after date of departure. Ferris Holidays Limited ATOL Number 10868 "Your Financial Protection When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive holiday from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong." “We, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL Certificate, will provide you with the services listed on the ATOL Certificate (or a suitable alternative). In some cases, where neither we nor the supplier are able to do so for reasons of insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide you with the services you have bought or asuitable alternative (at no extra cost to you). You agree to accept that in those circumstances the alternative ATOL holder will perform those obligations and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. However, you also agree that in some cases it will not be possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you will be entitled to make a claim under the ATOL scheme (or your credit card issuer where applicable).” “If we, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL certificate, are unable to provide the services listed (or a suitable alternative, through an alternative ATOL holder or otherwise) for reasons of insolvency, the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust may make a payment to (or confer a benefit on) you under the ATOL scheme. You agree that in return for such a payment or benefit you assign absolutely to those -Trustees any claims which you have or may have arising out of or relating to the non-provision of the services, including any claim against us, the travel agent (or your credit card issuer where applicable). You also agree that any such claims may be re-assigned to another body, if that other body has paid sums you have claimed under the ATOL scheme.”

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE Cancellation by The Company All cancellations shall be made in writing and sent in the ordinary post to the person named on the holiday reservation as the lead name and sent to the address printed. The company may cancel the contract for failure

to make any payment in accordance with these Conditions and this shall entitle the Company to retain ALL deposits etc. Payment The full price of the holiday must be paid at least 8 weeks before the due date of departure; or in the case of holidays booked within this period immediately upon receipt of the Company acceptance. Payment not received by us 8 weeks prior to departure will result in the booking being automatically cancelled without any prior notice and cancellation charges will be levied. If payment is not received by the due date on the invoice, we cannot guarantee that the original accommodation booked will be available, if this is the case accommodation of an equivalent standard will be offered. Descriptions Some of the facilities in this brochure are not continually available, for instance, night-spots may close, bus and train schedules may be withdrawn due to lack of demand or because of local public holidays. At the beginning (April/beginning of May) and end (end of September/October) of the season not all facilities may be available at the hotels and apartments, for example pools may not be open, entertainment reduced/cancelled etc. This is reflected in the price at this time. Coach transfer schedules may also be subject to alteration due to circumstances beyond our control. As a result of this it may be necessary for us to alter the contents on some of our holiday programs. Where this happens no compensation can be offered. Alterations To Your Holiday Booking By Us Our holiday programme is compiled many months in advance and occasionally we have to make minor alterations to your arrangements, for example, amendments to your departure time or itinerary. In these unlikely cases we will contact you as soon as possible. In the very unlikely event of a major change or cancellation becoming necessary, we will endeavour to contact you immediately, and in this event you will have the choice of accepting the alteration or purchasing another holiday from our Company, subject to space being available. Should you not wish to accept this offer we will arrange for all monies paid to be refunded. We reserve the right to change hotels or accommodation or alter routes or resorts on any tour and at any time, should this become necessary and bookings will only be accepted on this understanding. If the alternative accommodation provided in these circumstances is of significantly lower standards than advertised in our brochures we will refund as compensation a reasonable proportion of the part of the holiday price paid in respect of accommodation but otherwise we will be under no obligation to you in respect of alteration in accommodation due to over booking or deficiency in services or amenities beyond our control. Occasionally at the beginning (April/beginning of May) and end (end of September/October) of the season, hotels and apartments may open/close, later/earlier than the dates advertised and we may be advised too late to contact you before departure. In these circumstances you will be transferred to equivalent accommodation and no compensation can be made. If cancellation or alteration of your holiday is due to ‘force majeure’, e.g. natural disasters, acts of God, war, civil strife, industrial disputes, adverse weather, and government actions, etc., we reserve the right to cancel your holiday and return all money paid but no compensatory payment will apply and our reasonable expenses can be deducted from such refund(s).

Alteration To Your Holiday Booking By You It is not possible to change a named accommodation holiday from any Ferris brochure to a special offer or any late availability holiday. The company will do its best to arrange any variation by the clients in the planned holiday provided notice is received in writing from the lead name NOT LATER THAN 8 WEEKS BEFORE THE PLANNED DEPARTURE DATE. For all alterations the following rules apply. All alterations have to be submitted in writing with the required amendment fee, to our head office address on the back page of this brochure. To change the date of departure or the holiday accommodation, you will have to cancel the booked holiday, subject to the cancellation charges stated on this page, and re-book the required date or accommodation. To change a name on your booking after the reservation has been accepted is subject to the following amendment fees. More than six weeks prior to departure £15 per person. Within 8 weeks of departure £60 per person. To change your pick-up point, we will require a £15 amendment fee per booking. To remove insurance from an invoice either requested by yourselves or added by ourselves will require a £15.00 per person amendment fee. To add to your booking you will just need to send a letter and the required payment (i.e. deposit or full payment). NO AMENDMENT FEE IS REQUIRED FOR AN ADDITION. N.B. the person originally named on the booking form must not under any circumstances try to claim a refund through insurance, otherwise full payment for the holiday will apply in addition. If a member of a family or party booking cancels from the original booking the price of the holiday may increase. £15 is the standard amendment fee for a change made (in writing) prior to the final balance date printed on your invoice. £60 is the standard amendment fee for a change made (in writing) after the final balance date printed on your invoice. Accommodation Accommodation is used by all nationalities and we are not advised of the various ages of clients or whether large groups will be accommodated at any time. In peak periods the resorts and accommodation will be at maximum capacity with people enjoying their holidays and therefore can be very noisy. Respect Your Holiday Home Most of our holidays do not require a damage deposit. Should any equipment or furnishings at your holiday accommodation be lost or damaged during your stay, you will be expected to make a cash settlement for all necessary replacement/repair before leaving the resort. Also, as you can appreciate we do not own your holiday accommodation. Should you cause any damage to, or make an unreasonable disturbance in, your holiday accommodation its proprietor may at his discretion seek to evict you. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage you suffer thereby. However we would endeavour to do all in our power to assist in these circumstances. Ferris Holidays Limited reserve the right to withdraw any free drinks/fully inclusive facilities if the system is abused or in the event of unruly behaviour. The holiday may be curtailed for which we accept no liability and no compensation or refund will be made. Complaints As with all companies the majority of complaints received are of a petty nature.

Please bear in mind that we do not use, we use tourist class accommodation which for the price you pay in relation to the standard of accommodation and transport represents good value for money. Every effort is made to make your holiday enjoyable. However, if you have cause to complain you should in the first instance report the complaint to reception at hotels or apartments. If the matter is not dealt with you should contact your resort representative or, if not available, telephone the contact number displayed in all hotels and apartments on the Ferris noticeboard (English speaking staff will be available). If the complaint cannot be resolved you should write to our Head Office within 28 days of your return home. Contractors The Company makes every possible effort to ensure the comfort, convenience and enjoyment of the client during the whole period of the holiday. The holiday does however involve arrangements with hoteliers, ferry operators and other contractors over which the Company has no direct control. Should a dispute arise between yourself and one of our contractors and/or suppliers we will endeavour to mediate to bring about an early resolve to any problem that may have arisen. All correspondence should be sent direct to us. This does not apply to claims mainly in relation to bodily injury and/or death. Lengths of Holiday 6 day holidays: departing on arrive back Friday Wednesday 6 day holiday allows 3 nights in resort. 7 day holidays: departing on arrive back Monday Sunday 7 day holiday allows 4 nights in resort 9 day holidays: departing on arrive back Saturday Sunday 9 day holiday allows 6 nights in resort 10 day holidays: departing on arrive back Friday Sunday Monday Wednesday 10 day holiday allows 7 nights in resort. 13 day holidays: departing on arrive back Friday Wednesday 13 day holiday allows 10 nights in resort. 14 day holidays: departing on arrive back Monday Sunday 14 day holiday allows 11nights in resort. 17 day holidays: departing on arrive back Friday Sunday Monday Wednesday 17 day holiday allows 14 nights in resort. Timings and Delays Coaches are occasionally subject to delays and diversions due to technical reasons and traffic and weather conditions which are beyond our control and no compensation can be offered. Similarly when a journey brings the arrival into resort after the first planned meal then no compensation for the missed meal can be offered and the included meals commence with the next scheduled meal. All timings quoted are approximate and subject to alteration. Boarding the Coach It will be the responsibility of the clients to ensure arrival at the pick up point specified on your boarding tickets at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time of departure. The Company will not accept liability for clients

failing to meet the coach for whatever reason. As with all international coach travel the coach may be earlier or later than scheduled times because of local traffic conditions having sometimes unpredictable effects. The Company will not be liable for any expense incurred resulting from delays on departure or arrival. We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to terminate without notice the holiday arrangements of any client whose behaviour is such that it is likely in our opinion to cause distress, damage, danger or annoyance to other clients, employees, property or to any third party. Not Included in the Price Meals on route, supplements as indicated, baths, afternoon teas, drinks with meals (except breakfast) gratuities, porterage of luggage and passengers transport between resort coach terminal and your accommodation, transport to and from the UK pick-up and drop-off points and all other items not specified are not included in the holiday costs such as optional excursions and refreshments on board the coach etc. Coaches The Company will maintain its policy of using only the most modern coaches but will not accept any claims where an inferior type vehicle has been used due to emergency or other unforeseen circumstances. We invest in air conditioning on our coaches but cannot take responsibility for any malfunctions that may occur. SEATS ARE ALLOCATED BY THE COMPANY AND IT IS NOT POSSIBLE UNDER ANY

CIRCUMSTANCES TO BOOK OR REQUEST SPECIFIC SEATS ON ANY COACH. Conditions No servant or independent contractor to the Company other than a Director of the Company is authorised to vary or add to these Conditions or to make any representation or to promise that the Company will deal with any claim or complaint in a particular way. To be of any effect any alteration or variation representation or promise by a Director must be in writing and signed by him as such. All communications in connection with the contract or these conditions must unless otherwise stated herein be to the Company at this office. All notices shall be deemed to have been duly communicated to the client if sent to the person who signed the booking form at the address given therein or to the address of the agent through whom the booking came. Continental Health Requirements Clients are advised to obtain an EHIC card from their local post office or DHSS, this will prevent any delay with medical assistance, in the event of hospital treatment. Please remember that your EHIC card will not cover any medical assistance received by a private doctor. Please contact your representative at the resort for further information. Luggage To avoid mistaken identity of luggage passengers are requested to affix labels and mark their luggage in such a way as to be easily identifiable. Luggage requirements should be kept to a minimum, ONE SUITCASE PER

PERSON NOT EXCEEDING 30" x 18" (each case must not exceed 15kg in weight) and also an overnight bag on certain tours when required. Anything you purchase whilst on holiday will have to be within the luggage limits, ie scooters and other heavy, bulky items will not be transported home. IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: The 15kg weight limit must be adhered to as during past years clients have taken cases overweight and oversized, which can cause damage to their own and other cases. From this year the drivers can refuse to carry any cases they feel are either overweight or size as when putting your cases into the vehicle they are working within a restricted area. IF WHEELCHAIR IS TO BE TRANSPORTED THIS MUST BE STATED ON BOOKING FORM. Infants under 2 years of age are not entitled to a luggage allowance. Only 1 buggy or small flat folding pushchair per family will be permitted on the coaches in place of one suitcase. Luggage and other property of clients remain their responsibility whether taken out of their control or not and the Company will accept no liability for damage or loss whatsoever. Passengers are advised to insure their luggage and property against damage and loss before departing. Any luggage or belongings left on the coaches will be returned to the Ferris Head Office where it will be available for collection. Smaller items can be forwarded by post if pre-payment for postage is made to Ferris Head Office. COOLER BOXES AND OTHER BULKY ITEMS

ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE COACH. ONE SMALL COOLER BAG CAN BE TAKEN ON BOARD IN PLACE OF ONE PIECE OF HAND LUGGAGE. (This is for passengers own comfort as space between seats is limited) Please note: We will not be responsible for any damage caused to overweight cases and all glass bottles/breakables in your luggage are carried at your own risk. Pick-up Points In some cases we are only showing the pick up areas. The time and location will be advised 14 days before the departure date if not shown on ticket. As this is a free courtesy service, at our discretion, (e.g. lack of passengers from a particular area) we may alter pick up points or issue National Express tickets. Entertainment If entertainment is featured in the hotel description, it does not mean functions will be provided on each night of the week. Hoteliers may cancel entertainment without prior notice. Hoteliers organise the programme which may be adapted for a specific nationality occupying the accommodation at the time. Safety and Children It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to ensure that children do not travel in lifts alone and are not on balconies and surrounding areas of pools without adequate supervision. Hired equipment e.g. cots and highchairs will not usually conform to British Safety Standards and it is in your own interest to check the suitability before use. Safety around the Pool Hotel and apartment swimming pools in Spain are not as thoroughly regulated as our British

swimming pools. Please be careful whilst using the swimming pools and remember: ■ No lifeguards are provided ■ Depths of the swimming pool are not displayed so never dive in the pools ■ Always follow any rules issued by the hotel ■ Since people drink around the pool be wary of any broken glass, and always inform reception in order for them to clean it up. Insects Ants, cockroaches and various insects may be evident. However, this is due to the climate rather than to unhygienic conditions. Various insect sprays can be purchased from supermarkets. Smells and Odours Spanish sewerage systems are not of the standard that you would find in Britain. When it rains heavily or gets very hot, smells and odours can occur. Single Rooms The supplement paid for a single room does not guarantee the size, location, facilities or standard of the room. The supplement payable is for your privacy only. Errors and Omissions Like all companies, both manual and computer errors can be made. If it is found that a price was wrongly quoted verbally or printed on the invoice, then the full amount will become payable at any time up to the departure date of the holiday once the discrepancy has been identified. The brochure price always applies unless quoted as a “special”.

Due to problems encountered during previous years, luggage regulations will now be as follows: ● One suitcase per person (with label) maximum size 30” x 18” x 10” (75cm x 47cm x 25cm). ● Maximum Weight: 15 kilos (33 lbs). ● One piece of hand luggage inside the coach – small enough to be kept by your feet. ● Infants under 2 years of age are not entitled to a luggage allowance. Only one buggy or small flat folding pushchair per family will be permitted on the coaches. ● Anything you purchase whilst on holiday will have to be within the luggage limits, ie scooters and other heavy, bulky items will not be transported home. ✓ Correct sized suitcases will be loaded FIRST. ✗ OVERSIZED CASES - in breach of conditions - would be tagged and loaded LAST but ONLY if space inside the coach boot is available. NB Drivers could request owners to load heavy suitcases themselves. If no space, the case(s) and cost of storage or onward travel would be the clients responsibility. Please do not spoil your holiday by having your luggage refused. Cases are the soul responsibility of the customer at all times. At any change over please ensure your case is transferred from your feeder coach to your main coach.

LUGGAGE LIMITS

IMPORTANT REMINDER - CARRIAGE OF GOODS ON COACHES OUR COACHES ARE SOLELY FOR PASSENGER (ONLY) TRAVEL AND NOT PASSENGER/GOODS! Purchases abroad, ie gifts, alcohol, tobacco and other identifiable items over and above the limits subjects other holiday makers and coach crews to discomfort and embarrassment and WILL NOT BE TRANSPORTED TO UK AND WILL BE REFUSED. If questionable imports are included in your luggage/space allowance, please note...

HM CUSTOMS AND EXCISE are increasingly targeting coaches with frequent checks/searches. Also coaches cannot be delayed at the docks as a result of any client knowingly infringing HM Customs Rules and Regulations (Booking Conditions, Luggage - as above).

HOW TO BOOK

We do not use outside booking agents, so when you pop along to our Head Office you are talking to the people who know everything about the hotels and resorts we have on offer this year. You can visit or telephone our Head Office to discuss your holiday arrangements and our staff will help you to fill out the simple booking form. Book by Phone Use your credit or debit card to book your holiday over the phone, our fully trained staff will complete the booking form for you, arrange for payment from your card and confirm your booking there and then. Deposits can be paid by Access, Visa Switch or American Express. Book by Post Just complete your booking form and forward to our Head Office, at the address below, along with your deposit. Deposits can be paid by cash, cheque or postal orders. Cheques should be made payable to Ferris Holidays Limited Book online Visit one of our websites at www.ferriscoachholidays.co.uk or www.ferrisdirect.co.uk or www.ferrisfly.co.uk and follow the simple instructions. Card Transactions There is a 2% charge when paying by credit card on the telephone/by post. This does not apply when booking online.

HOW TO PAY

Part payments and final balances, which are payable 8 weeks prior to departure, should be sent to Head Office and can only be accepted between 9.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. Monday to Saturday.

IMPORTANT PASSENGER GUIDELINES These guidelines are for your own and other passengers comfort and convenience TRAVELLING Clients must ensure arrival at pick up point specified on ticket at least 30 MINUTES prior to the scheduled time of departure. Seats are allocated by the company and it is not possible under any circumstances to book seats on any coaches. It is the responsibility of all clients to ensure that all their luggage is loaded/unloaded on/off the coach before departing and on returning. Luggage requirements should be kept to a minimum, ONE suitcase per person not exceeding 30" x 18" (each case must not exceed 15kg in weight) and one small piece of hand luggage. Infants under 2are not entitled to a luggage allowance. Cooler boxes and other bulky items are not allowed on the coach. One small cooler bag can be taken on board in place of one piece of hand luggage. If wheelchair is to be transported this must be stated on booking form. Families and parties wishing to travel together on the same coach must all be included on the same booking under one lead name. We are unable to link individually named bookings together. Disabled people travelling with us do so on the understanding that NO SPECIAL REQUESTS CAN BE MADE and must be aware that our fleet includes double decker coaches with upstairs seating. Seats and allocated space on the coach must be kept as clean as possible especially when eating. Please use the bags provided for any rubbish. Fresh cooked foods, such as chips and burgers etc, purchased at meal stops cannot be consumed on the coaches Children MUST be accompanied by an adult when using the toilet on the coach. FROM 2007, ALL FERRIS HOLIDAYS COACHES ARE STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. THE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL ON BOARD OUR COACHES IS ALSO FORBIDDEN. Parents should ensure their children’s safety on the coaches by making sure they do not stand in the aisles or sit on the stairs especially when refreshments are being served.

AT YOUR RESORT Clients should ensure that children do not travel without an adult in lifts or are on balconies and

The supplement is for your privacy only. If more than one family/party are booking together it cannot be guaranteed that rooms, apartments or hotels will be together or that they will be in the same resort (when booking ‘Ferris chooses resort’ credit crunchers). Children will only be allocated a separate room when paying full fare prices. This means that any child or children with free or discounted places will share a twin bedded room with a minimum of two full fare paying passengers. Clients must obtain an EHIC card from their local post office or on-line, this will prevent any delay with medical assistance.

NB: TAXI FARES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED WHEN VISITING HOSPITALS OR MEDICAL CENTRES. IF CLIENTS LOSE CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY THEIR BANK OR CARD PROVIDER.

YOUR HOLIDAY TRAVEL INSURANCE ADEQUATE HOLIDAY INSURANCE IS COMPULSORY TO TRAVEL We believe our insurance to be adequate. If you choose alternative insurance we will not deal with other insurance companies as we do not have the staff or resources. Once your booking has been accepted, we must advise you that because we only employ the minimum of office and resort staff to keep our prices as low as possible, we will not be able to assist with any claims if insurance is not taken through ourselves.

HOLIDAY INSURANCE AND YOUR HEALTH If you have bought insurance through Ferris Holidays Limited you will receive with your invoice insurance application forms which must be completed and returned to our head office immediately. You should inform us of any medical conditions. If you have purchased alternative insurance then it is your responsibility to inform the insurance company of any medical conditions. We also advise you to take your EHIC card on your holiday which can be obtained from any Post Office or on-line.

A holiday travel insurance policy is available for all passengers travelling on our holidays. This is is arranged with ETI – International Travel Protection (ERV), the UK branch of Europäische Reiseverscherung AG, who are Licensed by the Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BAFIN – www.bafin.de) and approved by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA – www.fca.gov.uk) to undertake insurance business in the UK. Demands and Needs: This insurance policy will suit the Demands and Needs of an individual ,or group(where applicable) who have no excluded pre-existing medical conditions, are travelling in countries included within the policy terms and who wish to insure themselves against unforeseen events detailed in the cover section below. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Booking of car park must be made through Ferris Holidays at the time the holiday reservation is made. There must be at least two passengers per car, and the vehicle will be parked in a secure car park with 24 hour security surveillance. Passengers must be at Relyon Car Park at Paulton Close, Coombe Valley Road, Dover (directions available on request) one hour prior to time stated on your ticket. Once your car parking has been arranged Relyon will ferry passengers to P&O main reception area where our coach will pick you up at 13.00hrs. Due to strict driving hours we have to adhere to, the coach will be unable to wait for any delayed passengers and cannot be held responsible or make compensation if arrival at the car park is after 12 noon.
