1. System Requirements for Windows and Macintosh computers Windows

2. Download and Install Camtasia Relay Recorder Please log in to the CIT Screen Recording system website and download the relevant version for your Operating System. Once downloaded, double‐click the installation file to install Camtasia Relay Recorder.
3. Creating a Screencast 3.1. Launch the Camtasia Relay Recorder software by clicking Start > All Programs > TechSmith > Camtasia Relay
3.6. Preview and click Submit to upload your recording to the Screen Recording server.

NOTE: While you could close the Recorder, please keep your computer connected to the Internet to ensure that your recording is uploaded to the server in the shortest time. If you switch off your computer or lose connection to the Internet, the upload will resume automatically the next time the computer is switched on and connected to the Internet. You can record at home on a laptop and upload to the server when you are on campus. 3.7. To monitor the upload progress, click on the Server icon to log in to the Screen Recording system website. Click on the Presentations menu to view the upload status. Server icon 3.8. On receiving the Presentation Published email, click on the link in the email to view your Screencast.
4. Managing your Screencasts Recordings can be managed via your IVLE account under the Tools > Multimedia > Screencast section. Here you can view, publish, delete the recordings as well as edit the title (if required).
