REMOTE ACCESS – OUTLOOK WEB APP Outlook Web App Outlook Web App (formally known as Outlook Web Access) offers basic e-mail, calendar and contact access. You will not be able to access any of your documents or launch any applications, but you will be able to access your e-mail, calendar and contacts. This is beneficial if you are accessing office emails from an outside computer. (i.e., airport kiosk, hotel room, television service, etc.) where you cannot use Citrix. The new Outlook Web App has a richer user interface for a more consistent user experience relative to the full Outlook 2010 client. 1.
