The Oak Brook Promenade is a 195,000 sf shopping center located in the center of Oak Brook, Illinois. The Oak Brook Promenade is strategically located at the heart of the one of the strongest retail corridors in the entire Chicago market. The Promenade is easily accessible from Interstate 88 with 140,000 CPD and provides a focal point to the retail and office hub of west suburban Chicago.

The center has multiple access points directly off Butterfield Road. The Arooga’s space will be a highly visible end cap. With excellent visibility from both Butterfield and I-88.

We will be able to have building signage above the space. The field of parking in front of the proposed Arooga’s location is shared amongst existing retailer. There is also a climate controlled parking garage on site with the elevator entrance 25 ft. from the proposed Arooga’s, which is very attractive for our use.

The retail of this trade area is its major demand generator. In addition to the Oak Brook Promenade the retail corridor is Chicago’s strongest. Large power centers include the Oakbrook Center, Yorktown Mall, Fountain Square and the Butterfield Road at 1-355 corridor. All imaginable national retailers, restaurants, and financial institutions are located in the area.
