This is one more then was given in 2008 thanks to the extreme generosity of Brian Kelly of Sterling Investigative Services and APG Security- The scholarship will be given in the name of Colonel David B. Kelly who was my old boss and one attic greatest men I have ever known. Co]one! Kelly was a former General in the United States Army and later became the number one man in the New Jersey State Police. He is sorely

missed by all those who have ever known him.
