With summer slowly beginning, it is time once again for the 32nd annual Parade of Homes sponsored by the Building Industry of Okaloosa and Walton Counties. The Parade of Homes is the largest exhibit of new construction homes in this area. This pristine event allows builders, subcontractors, and suppliers to showcase their talents. Each Parade entry is judged on a rigorous basis, ensuring that, as a consumer, you are viewing the very best. So if you are in the market for a new home or considering updating your current home, the

Parade of Homes offers you the unique opportunity to view the latest designs, trends, techniques and materials. This year we are excited to offer two Central Sites, Mill Creek Farms, sponsored by Randy Wise Homes, in Baker and Hammock Bay, sponsored by D.R. Horton, in Freeport. We are also offering Sanctuary by the Sea in Santa Rosa Beach as a Featured Neighborhood.
