Who attends the MEA Meeting? The MEA Meeting is regulary visited by a growing number of scientists from around the world. The biennial conference has developed into an international venue for scientists developing and using MEAs from both industry and academia, and is recognized as an information-packed scientific forum of high quality. From students to decision makers, every level is present and interested in new developments in MEAtechnology and other laboratory equipment for electrophysiology. Given the event dates just before the FENS meeting in Milan, many international participants come to Europe to attend both meetings.

Meeting Venue Reutlingen is located in south-western Germany, only about 20 minutes from the airport of Stuttgart. With the biotechnology park and the closeby University of Tübingen, the area has become a center for MEA technology, electrophysiology, and neurotechnology. The MEA Meeting 2016 will take place in the “Stadthalle”. The building right in the center of Reutlingen was opened in January 2013 and offers space for over 1500 guests. The meeting will take place on 3 floors: •
