THE HOTEL MARKET IN FRANCE France is the world’s top tourist destination with 90 million foreign tourists. In 2014 foreign tourists generated expenditure of 45.5€ bn and this is expected to grow to 63.5€bn in 2025 with over 109 million tourists. SIMON KEYS BA(HONS), MA Simon brings to Leggett Commercial a wealth of property broking experience in Europe. Simon has worked as Senior Consultant for the Economist Intelligence Unit, Head of Consulting and Research for Jones Lang Wooton, Director of FPD Savilles, Associate of Cushman and Wakefield and since 2005 has worked as Property Director for Shaftesbury Asset Management in Germany.
