Kid’s Nite Out Services Convention organizers and trade show delegates agree that Kid’s Nite Out provides quality childcare at an affordable price. Our children’s conventions are specifically designed to allow your delegates to attend your event while we entertain their kids! We will tailor our services to match your organization’s and guests needs! We will arrive with a truck ready to burst with a variety of hands-on activities, interactive games, exciting toys, and creative art projects to keep the children entertained for hours. Kid’s Nite Out has a professional team of convention managers who will create and implement a customized, safe, and stress-free children’s program in a ballroom, meeting room, or even outdoors! Utilizing our many years of childcare experience, our professional staff is well prepared to have fun with children of all ages. We plan and implement children’s conventions and parties for 11 to 1,000 children! Our convention managers are willing to attend any pre-convention meetings or site inspections to ensure a successful event. We will work hand-in-hand with your meeting planner, convention coordinator, or trade-show staff. Kid’s Nite Out will travel nationwide to provide quality childcare services no matter where your convention may be! Staff Qualifications Our professional caregivers: Are at least 18 years of age Are certified in child/infant CPR and basic first aid Have previous child care and/or teaching experience Are thoroughly interviewed, screened, references are checked, and criminal background checks are performed Will arrive at your children’s convention or party wearing our signature purple polo shirt with the Kid’s Nite Out logo embroidered on the left side. They will also be wearing a Kid’s Nite Out name tag and identification badge. Staffing Ratios We will custom design an event for children & youth from 6 weeks to 18 years old. Our Child-To-Staff Ratios are as follows: Infants - 2:1
Toddlers - 5:1
Ages 4 and Up - 8:1
Security Measures All children will receive a colored wristband upon entering a Kid’s Nite Out event. That wristband will contain the child’s name, age, and a security number. The parents will receive a security card that matches the number on their child’s wristband. The only person who may pick up that child is the card holder. We also require that anyone entering the room would leave alcoholic beverages outside of the Children’s Party. H.Q. Children’s Event Options 1. Standard Children’s Event Our qualified activity counselors will come prepared with arts & crafts, table games, video games, movies, and much more!! We bring an overabundance of baby and toddler toys along with a diaper changing station for the little ones. For our more active children, we implement group games, such as: musical chairs, relay races, dancing competitions, volleyball and basketball (if space permits). “Standard” Rates* (11+ children) Infants/Toddlers ages 6 weeks to 3 years: $11.50 per child/per hour Children/Youth ages 4 years to teens: $9.50 per child/per hour
All À la carte items may be added to a standard event. 2. Themed Events Themed events come with everything included in the standard event along with table decorations and take-home gifts for each child. Arts & crafts, movies, music, and activities will be based around the chosen theme. Included in the Themed Event Price, you may choose one complimentary À la carte item. 3. Chaperones $50.00/chaperone per hour A Chaperone would bring a few basic activities into your adult function and keep the children entertained in one portion of the room. There is no registration process for a Chaperoned event. Children’s Day Camp for Conferences and Tradeshows Kid’s Nite Out can set up a childcare area, where the parents have the option to drop off their children throughout the duration of your event. Kid’s Nite Out would bring in a variety of hands-on activities, interactive games, exciting toys, video game systems, and creative art projects to keep the children entertained for hours. Registration: Kid’s Nite Out can set-up an online registration system which can be linked straight from your conference website. Registration deadlines will be set to ensure that staffing, room requirements, and age appropriate activities are planned accordingly. Payment: The client is to guarantee at least an eleven child minimum payment. As long as the minimum amount it met by the parents, the client would not be responsible for payment. Pricing would be as follows with a 2 hour minimum: $10 per hour for children 4-12 years $12 per hour for children ages 0-3years Cancellation: Cancellation deadlines will be set for 7-14 days prior to event date. Kid’s Nite Out or the client may choose to cancel the event if registration is not hopeful. Hotel Requirements: Kid’s Nite Out would only require a room size of 25 sq. ft. per child to host the children’s party and that a TV/DVD player be set up. If the number of children registered for the event were to increase, we may require separate space for different age groups. Any meal options are up to the client. Marketing: Kid’s Nite Out can help you market the children’s program to your attendees by providing a letter to the parents with information on our services. In addition, we will work with the hotel to ensure that all attendees are aware of the program.

Hotel Services 1. Children’s Activity Centers/ Kid’s Camps We also operate Children’s Activity Centers or “Kids Camps” in several Orlando Hotels. Our child care services are even more fun when your kids can enjoy interactive activities in a safe and supervised environment. These services are provided in the evenings for children 4 years and up. 2. Recreation for a Day The program is simple. You pick out the days and hours you would like us to arrive. We bring in the equipment and activities to interact with your guests. Depending on your property, activities may vary; we would customize our program to what fits best with your resort. No long term contracts, you just let us know the month prior for the services and we design an activity sheet for your property two days prior from the starting date. Pay as you go, we bill you at the end of each month. Pricing: 6 Hours One staff $150.00 8 Hours One Staff $200.00 12 Hours One Staff $300.00 Extra Staff $15.00 Per hour / Holiday Rates $10.00 Extra per hour (Dec 25th, 31st and Jan 1st) If the program works out for you, we bill quarterly for replacement of supplies of $300.00 Kid’s Nite is fully insured and will add your property as an additional insurer. In-Room Childcare Services Our professional caregivers provide one-on-one childcare in the comfort of the hotel or resort room. Our caregiver will arrive prepared with age-appropriate toys, activities, books, games, and arts & crafts. We care for children as young as 6 weeks. We also care for children with special needs (please call for details). If needed Kid’s Nite Out can also provide a well-trained caregiver to accompany your family to area attractions as a parent’s helper if you need an extra hand. In-Room Childcare Rates 1 child: $16.00 per hour 2 children: $18.50 per hour 3 children: $21.00 per hour 4 children: $23.50 per hour 4 hour minimum $10.00 Transportation fee for each reservation 24 hour cancellation policy Cancellation fee is a 4 hour minimum charge Reservations are confirmed with credit card information (also the method of payment) Holidays, special events, and reservations beginning before 6:30 am (EST) or after 8:59 pm (EST) are charged an additional fee *All rates subject to change at any time Any changes or cancellations must be made during office hours Advance reservations are recommended. We are able to book in-room childcare reservations up to 90 days in advance, and recommend making reservations at least 2-4 weeks in advance.
