Legal Enquiry Hi Karen I have been speaking with Melissa Rees who has kindly referred you as someone who might be able to assist us. We are a legal consulting business who assist lawyers with locating experts for cases they are running and the provision of expert reports. We have a current enquiry whereby our legal client is acting for a NSW based company Prokart Pty Ltd t/as Wollongong City Raceway (in liquidation). There was an incident whereby the Plaintiff in the case alleges she suffered personal injuries on 26 June 2011 while using a go-kart. Specifically, she alleges that while she was on the track “the wheel of the Plaintiff’s go-kart clipped the wheel of another go-kart, causing the go-kart to flip over and roll. The Plaintiff was ejected out of the gokart and suffered serious injury. The plaintiff is alleging various forms of negligence around safety on the day, details of which we would be happy to send through. We are hoping to locate someone with the requisite expertise and experience who could review this case and provide an independent expert opinion. Is there anyone you are aware of in NSW who might be able to assist with consulting in this matter? Alternatively any points in the right direction are appreciated. We look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards Page 5 of 6 X:\Board\Minutes\2016\Board Minutes 24th October 2016.doc
