Accommodation :
- Hotel Platanus *** - Hotel Berlin *** - Hotel Frankfurt *** - Breakfast and dinner in the Hotels for all the teams. Very good meals. Farwell diner for everybody in Platanus Hotel - All the lunches for everybody were taked in the sport hall . The lunches were prepared by a staff of volunteers and consist about bread, ham, cheese, fish and sausage with a fruit juice, a fruit and cake as dessert.

Transport :
With 3 busses between the airport - the hotel – the airport. During the competition days, with 3 busses between the hotels and the sport venue, each morning and evening, and during the day when needed ! Good timetable respect ! The sport hall was only 20 minutes by feet from the hotels ! A lot of nations were in Budapest with their own cars and have used their car to go the sport hall !

School Sport Hall ( 10 minutes by busses from the main soport hall) This second venue was used oly during the afternoon of the first competition day and onl for men and some women standing team events. Floor :

Competition days : October 17th : arrival – classifications October 18th : open event men and women + start of team event October 19th : team event men and women October 20th : finals of teams + single event men and women + medal ceremony (5.00 p.m.) October 21th : departure after breakfast Very good timetable foresse by the referee and very good respect of the schedule, start on 9.00 a.m. end of competition at 7.30 p.m. and 4.30 p.m. the last day ! Not any meeting foresee with the team leaders due to some late arrivals and some countries were not in hotel but go home each day ! All informations needed given to each team by arrival

Two classifiers have tested 31 players (27 new + 4 to confirm) Very good and very professional classifications !
Results :
All results book was given to each Nation on Sunday evening ! All electronical results were sended to the Ranking Director in term of 15 days. Very good and very professionnal work by the computer man !

good very good very good in the hotels but the lunches can be better OK but try to be sure for a next competition about the light hours capacity accessible for wheelchair users good work ! good work ! very good organization !! most of the matches start in respect of the time and the table foresee on the team leader informations ! very professionnal work ! not enough people involved in the preparation and during the tournament ! It’s not possible to do all alone !! For the next year, try to set up a Committee with Accommodation Responsible Sport Responsible Transport Responsible Referee Responsible Medical Responsible Computer Responsible
If you try to work in this way, I am sure that the next year you shall organize a very good tournament With a lot of people more in your Committee and a sharing of responsabilities all shall be easier for you too.
Conclusion :
The tournament was good and all the players, coaches and team leaders were happy about the organization !!! Go on in this way and try to complete your Committee with people like Eva and Robert !! Congratulations Janos !
