Standard HTR FR PVC Insulated Industrial Cable Located in midst of tranquil hills of Aravali, is one of India’s largest Cables plant by Havells India Limited. Set up in 1996, the plant today manufactures all types of cables on some of the most modern, laser controlled automated machines, using best raw material from primary manufacturers ensuring best quality.

High Temperature Resistant (HTR) Flame Retardant Cables Electrical cables are used as electrical paths for Industrial and household power applications. In general, excessive voltage drops/ fluctuation in service line result in lower voltage at the receiving end. Due to this lower voltage, the current drawn and the current passing through the electric cables are higher than normal which results in high temperature rise in the conductor. Ordinary cables cannot sustain such system abnormalities and may lead to risks of short circuit and serious fire hazards. STANDARD ( HTR ) FR cables have specially been developed to operate under such operational conditions. They incorporate special technology which is rated for 10 % higher current carrying capacity and can withstand high temperature rise even during the worst of overloading conditions.

Standard FR-LSH Insulated Cables (Flame Retardant-Low Smoke & Halogen) FR-LSH Flexible cables are recommended for places with high human concentration like high rise buildings, offices, shopping malls, hospitals etc. Standard FR-LSH insulated cables are made from specially formulated PVC Polymers that restrict the toxic gases and smoke as they are self extinguishing and do not allow the fire to spread.

Save the environment Every day thousand tonnes of Hazardous Halogen gases are released in the environment resulting in depletion of the earth’s ozone layer (which protects us from cancer causing UV radiations of the Sun) a phenomenon popularly known as green house effect. Standard HTR FR PVC insulated industrial cables are practically halogen free and therefore are environment friendly.
