Our holiday party package includes dance floor, linens, setup/breakdown, centerpieces, attendants and personal event coordinator. BAR SERVICE A great benefit for your budget is the opportunity to bring in your own alcohol. A bartender fee of $250.00 per bartender will be assessed. A bar set-up fee including: stemware, mixers, juices, soda and fruit for a charge of $6.00 per person

DEPOSITS, BILLING AND TIMELINE A $1,500 deposit and signed contract are needed to make your event definite. Deposits are non-refundable and applied to the balance due. A 50% payment on the estimated balance is due two months prior to the function. Food and beverage, set-up needs and special arrangements will be detailed at least 30 days in advance. Final guarantee and final payment is due (7) days prior to event. Payments can be made via credit card or cashier’s check. All food, beverage, rental and special fees are subject to tax and service charge. Currently 8.25% sales tax and a 21% service charge will be applied.

HOLIDAY PARTY MINIMUMS Friday: $4,000 Saturday: $5,000 Sunday: $3,000 Holidays: $10,000 (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve) Should the minimum not be met, the difference will be charged as a room fee.
