About Helgeland V&M? • In order to be a competitive supplier to the operating companies on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, key players in Helgeland went together in 2008 to form Helgeland V&M (HV&M). • To this day we have 660 operators to our disposal and have a turnover of 103 in 2013 MNOK. Overall, our contractual partners have a turnover of 856 MNOK.

Procurement Services Helgeland V&M provides procurement services according to customers demand. So far HVM have executed more than 2400 purchase orders on behalf of BP Skarv Operations and BP Skarv HUC procject. What we offer: – – – –

Strategic Partners (SP) Aker Solutions MMO and CAN AS: • Main office in Stavanger • Experienced vendors for the oil and gas industry • Experience of FPSOs maintenance and modification • Experience with BP as a client • The alliance between HV&M and our SP is based on contracts • Sub contractor to HV&M Aker Solutions is a sub contractor to HV&M, but this will be the other way around in modification contracts. CAN combines multi‐skilled professionals with tie‐in assistance. Area of expertise are inspection, maintenance & modification and Engineering.

Contracts HVM has a main contract with BP Norge to provide maintenance and support services on the Skarv FPSO. The duration of the contract is 3+2 years and has an estimated value of 150MNOK over the contract period, however projections shows that we will meet 130 MNOK in revenues for 2012. Key statistics from the maintenance project– Skarv FPSO • • • • •
Up to 90 employees in rotation on Skarv FPSO Performed about 221 000 hours onshore and offshore. Completed over 2400 purchase orders Sick leave accumulated 2014: 1,76 % One lost time incident (injured toe) since the start in 2011.
Provided report 2012 On the last day of 2012 came the final output started at Skarv‐FPSO . The vessel, which has been in place outside the Helgeland coast since late summer 2011, provided much employment to the local supplier industry, particularly Helgeland V & M. The two production ships (Skarv and Norne) off the coast of Helgeland has given substantial increase in shipments from Sandnessjøen and Brønnøysund. From Sandnessjøen shipments increased by almost 150 million by 2011. Overall deliveries in 2012 at 456.3 million, expects unchanged for 2013. A great deal of activity in the region has its source in the two supply bases ASCO and Helgelands base, both located on Horvneset.
