Operational Thoughts, Ark Angel members Hello My Name is Sam Spradling, I joined the Ark Angel a few months ago. I have enjoyed being in a group again. I have been a member of Starfleet for 23 years. I have lived in Austin Lake Travis area since 1975. I am married my husband’s name is Danny. We have 7 children your mine and our (Danny’s - Misti, Adam) (Mine - Samantha, Dusty, Jeremiah) (Ours - Dayton, Justin) Ages 37 to 14 We have 4 granddaughters Hilah, MaKaLa, Kim, and Regan Ages 13 to 5

I have taken over ‘reeds job as the New Chief of Operations so she can do other thing. I have been slow in taking over I will be up and running very soon once we get everything transferred over.

In the mean timed if you have something you would like for the group to do just email and we will get together and talk about it. Once I formalize myself with the ops page I will make changes as they come up.

Q Conundrum

STAR TREK Actor in Austin

KathyGuinan - Whoopi Goldberg, I don’t think she has ever been here? But I have the memory of a fruit fly so I could be wrong. I have always loved her. I loved when she would do the comic relief shows with Robin Williams and Billy Crystal. And one of my favorite movies of her’s is Jumpin Jack Flash. Her Character Guian is one of my favorites. Guian is one of the few reasons I watched season 2 of TNG. As anyone knows who has read my articles before my Favorite character is Beverly Crusher and season 2 for some crazy reason it stars Katherine Pulaski as the doctor. If it weren’t for Guian (Whoopi Goldburg ) I might have stopped watch TNG or Star Trek all together.

Board Games that you should give a try by Kathy

Ticket to Ride Ticket to ride is a fun game. You collect sets of colored cards turn them in to build rail lines of your color between cities. You score points for connecting cities and completing tickets. The tickets say cities and you will need a complete rail line between. The more tickets you complete the more you score. If you fail to complete a ticket the score for that ticket is negative. You also get bonus points at the end for the longest continual rail line. This is such a fun game i play it online http://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/9209/ticket-to-ride and on the xbox 360.

Come out on Sunday at 2pm, at the Silver Grill Cafe. My gaming group meets there and we play lots of good games, like the ones I talk about in this article.
