Valuable Details Helpful information and detail oriented services pertaining to your wedding day.

WEDDING SERVICES: Vendor recommendations may be provided upon request. Baby Grand Pianos are available onsite for your use. A piano tuning fee of $200.00 will apply if required.

VENDORS All outside vendors providing services for your wedding are required to provide proof of insurance naming the Hilton Chicago on the policy for your event. On the day of your event vendors will check-in with our Security Team and provide a valid photo ID. The vendor entrance is located at 725 South Wabash Avenue.

SETUP FEE Hilton Chicago offers countless gathering venues, perfect for a wedding ceremony and reception. The hotel provides floor length linen in three hues for your event. A one time setup fee will apply .

ADDITIONAL FEES Prices listed throughout are subject to food and beverage tax (11.5%), gratuity (18.5%), service charge (8%) and city tax (10.25%). Audio visual and electrical support are subject to standard fees and additional cost, as are required union decorators for any frabric draping or covered dance floor installation.

COAT CHECK Private coat check is available upon request. This service must be ordered in advance. A minimum of $300.00 per coat check attendant is required. Each item checked is charged at $3.00 per article.

GUARANTEE Your final attendance guarantee is due to Hilton Chicago no later than 12:00PM (noon) three (3) business days prior to your event date. Should a guarantee not be provided at this time the hotel will consider the attendance on your agreement as your final guarantee. Any additional guest beyond the standard overset of 3% will be charged 50% above the established per person price.

PRE-PAYMENT / FINAL PAYMENT Hilton Chicago requires a $5,000.00 non-refundable pre-payment to be provided with the signed agreement. The pre-payment will be applied to the final bill for the total cost of the wedding. A payment plan will be established for installments to be provided to hotel leading up to the wedding. A final payment for the estimated total balance will be due to Hilton Chicago at 12:00PM (noon) three (3) business days prior to your event date.

PARKING Self-parking and valet options are available at Hilton Chicago via our Wabash Avenue or Balbo Street entrances. Discounted event parking is valid for up to 8-hours and does not apply to overnight parking.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES Hilton Chicago does not permit any alcoholic beverage to be brought on property from an outside source or vendor for any event.
