General Information The following information has been provided by the Catering Department to assist in the arrangements of your function.
Banquet Menus Final banquet menus, room arrangements, and all other details with respect to your function should be submitted to the Catering Department at least two weeks prior to your scheduled function date. This will insure the availability of the desired menu items. Upon request, our Catering Staff would be happy to design a menu especially for your function.
Guarantees The guaranteed attendance is required 48 hours, or two (2) business days prior to your scheduled function date. This number will be considered a guarantee, not subject to reduction. We need your assistance in assuring your banquet is a success - please notify us of your guarantee, otherwise, the estimated count on the catering contract will be considered as the guarantee. The Hotel will prepare to serve for 5% over the guaranteed number.
Storage All incoming packages for meetings may be delivered to the Hotel three (3) working days prior to the scheduled function date. Please provide the following information on all packages; 1) Name of Organization; 2) Date of Function; 3) Meeting Contact; 4) Catering Manager Contact Name. Due to limited storage space, please advise the catering contact of large shipments in advance, as it may be necessary to arrange for storage at the client’s expense. Removal of all packages is strictly the responsibility of the meeting planner or organization. The Hotel personnel may request that the customer obtain bonded security when valuable merchandise or exhibits are displayed or held over night in the Hotel. The Hotel is not responsible for damage to or loss of any items left in the Hotel prior to or following any function. The Hotel makes no warranties or representations to the customer other than those printed hereon.
Direct Billing If direct billing is requested, all the required credit information must be submitted to the Hotel at least 30 days prior. Full payment is required upon receipt.
Deposits A deposit of $3.00 per the estimated number of people is due with the signed copy of the catering contract. The specific amount and due date will be specified on the catering contract.

Refunds for cancellation of major parties, such as Wedding Receptions, Christmas Parties, etc. will be refunded at the discretion of the Hotel. It will also be at the discretion of the Hotel to refund a deposit.
Decorations All decorations brought into the Hotel by the patron must be approved prior to arrival as in accordance with the regulations of the local Fire Department. No decorations may be affixed to a stationary wall or ceiling with tape, nails, staples, or any other substance unless prior approval has been obtained through the Catering Department.

General Information Function Rooms A group's function room assignment is based on the expected attendance, set-up and meal functions. Any revisions to the counts, times, dates and meal functions, may necessitate a change in the room assignment and/or room rental. A necessary revision will be made at the discretion of the Catering Manager.
Audio/Visual Services Audio/Visual requirements may be requested through the Catering Department. All audio/visual equipment is handled through a local audio/visual company and their current charges will apply.
Prices, Service Charges & State Tax All prices are subject to change with prior notification when possible. A taxable 20% service charge and the applicable city and state tax will be added to all food, beverage audio visual and room rental charges. In order for a group to receive exemption from taxes, a copy of the tax form must be supplied to the Hotel before the scheduled function
Security The Hotel will not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left at the Hotel prior to or following the event. The Catering Department will provide current rates for security services which are handled through the Hotel’s Security Department. The use of Security Agencies other than those used by the Hotel, must be approved prior by the Hotel. Social groups may be required to have additional security present at their event at the discretion of the Hotel. The charges for the additional security will be charged to the group and will be hired by the Hotel.
Coat Check A Hosted Coat Check will be charged at $45.00 with “no tipping” sign displayed. Arrangements may be made through the Catering Department.
Banquet Checks All banquet checks must be signed by the person in charge or by a designated representative at the completion of each function. Any discrepancies in counts or charges should be identified and resolved at that time.
Scheduled Function Times Function guests are expected to enter the banquet room and depart at the time stated on the catering contract.

Parking Complimentary parking at the Hotel will be provided based upon availability.
Special Conditions No food or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought into the Hotel from the outside by the Patron, Guests or Invitees without special permission from the Hotel.
