REGISTRATION TERMS OF PAYEMENT AND CANCELLATION: After registration, payment can be done via bank transfer. The organizer accepts cancellation until October 30th 2016. In case of cancellation after October 30th the sum will be refunded after 25% of total amount is deducted for technical costs. In case of cancellation after October 10th, no refunds will be made. Registered participants prevented from attending the event are entitled to send another person in their place at no additional charge.
