Emitec Messtechnik AG presents the workshop Active thermography in nondestructive material testing (NDT) Active thermography in non-destructive testing (NDT) refers generally in investigations of certain material properties or material defects. In this case, the heat flow generated into a specimen (heat pulse, sinusoidal or modulation) is then analyzed. The active thermography is based on the non-contact detection of temperature fields of an infrared camera as well as mathematical analysis of the time and temperature. From this information material properties can very precisely detect material errors. In addition of this workshop, we will show you the advantages of Lockin Thermography. The measurement sensitivity is increased in the active thermography furthermore. We will also show you various infrared camera models. Emitec Messtechnik AG präsentiert den Workshop Aktive Thermografie in der zerstörungsfreien Werkstoffprüfung (ZfP) Bei der aktiven Thermografie in der zerstörungsfreien Prüfung (ZfP) geht es generell um Untersuchungen bestimmter Materialeigenschaften oder Materialfehlern. Dabei wird der zuvor im Prüfkörper angeregte Wärmefluss, der durch einen Wärmepuls oder durch sinusartige Modulation erzeugt wird, betrachtet und ausgewertet. Die Wärmefluss-Thermografie basiert auf der berührungslosen Erfassung von Temperaturfeldern mittels einer Infrarotkamera und einer sich daran anschließenden mathematischen Auswertung des zeitlichen Verlaufs der Temperatur. Aus der so erfassten Zeitinformation lassen sich Materialeigenschaften sehr präzise ermitteln und Materialfehler sicher erkennen. Zusätzlich zeigen wir Ihnen auch die Vorteile der Lockin Thermografie. Dabei wird die Messempfindlichkeit in der aktiven Thermografie nochmals gesteigert. Shearografie in der zerstörungsfreien Werkstoffprüfung Shearografie in non-destructive material testing

The shearography is a non-contact, non-destructive test method; in there the mechanical behavior of components can be tested under load. It is very well suited for the characterization of composite materials such as fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) and sandwich materials with honeycomb or foam cores. Large areas can be examined with one measurement. The method is used in production and in maintenance. Die Shearografie ist eine berührungslose, zerstörungsfreie Prüfmethode, mit der das mechanische Verhalten von Bauteilen unter Last untersucht werden kann. Sie eignet sich sehr gut für die Charakterisierung von Verbundmaterialen wie faserverstärkter Kunststoffe (CFK) und Sandwichmaterialien mit Waben oder Schaumkernen. Große Bereiche lassen sich mit einer Messung untersuchen. Das Verfahren wird sowohl in der Produktion als auch in der Instandhaltung eingesetzt.
