The DEUTZ Corporation Print-On-Demand tool will provide:  Quick and easy order placement and re-order.  Timely fulfillment of all orders. Hard copy print requests are processed within two to

three business days, and shipped accordingly per the selected method of shipment. Electronic literature items are available for immediate download at checkout.  The ability to track the status of all orders placed.

Customizable Sales Literature  Select sales literature can now be imprinted with name, company contact details, and

corporate logo.  There is no premium for this additional service.  Select sales literature is now available in nonprintable, low-resolution PDF format for electronic download.  Documents in this format are designed for distribution via email and are not restricted by time or usage frequency limitations. PDF sales literature downloads can be archived to any standard data storage device.  Downloadable electronic sales literature is priced equivalent to hard copy sales literature. GP – February 2011

Restructured Section for Manuals  To improve service and convenience, an expanded selection of technical manuals has

been added, covering all current DEUTZ compact engine families. Technical manual nomenclature has been updated to include valuable details as:  Document Title: “DEUTZ Workshop Manual” or “Standard Work Values for Repair Jobs 413 / 513”“  Precise description about each engine family: “TCD 2012 2V”  This ensures that the manual covers the customer’s appropriate emission level / design stage, e.g., EPA / CARB Tier 3-compliant engine model from the 2012 engine family.  A clear identification language(s) of publication is/are covered by each individual manual description, en = English, es = Spanish, fr = French, and de = German Language

Order tracking and troubleshooting support.  After placing an order, an order confirmation will be emailed to the customer.  Likewise, once an order has shipped, a second confirmation email will arrive in the

customer’s inbox with tracking information included.

Customization is currently limited to the range of EPA/CARB-compliant Tier 4 interim products and will expand to accommodate additional products in the future.  All customizable products require on-screen proof approval before completion of purchase. All customization fields must be populated for successful submission.
