DP#4 – Ancillary Treatment Process Systems and Structures MWBE Goal: 2-5% • Design Criteria documentation and update for all ancillary treatment processes • Collaborate with DP#2 – Obtain Design Guidance Document from DP#2 related to ancillary treatment processes – Obtain chemical analyses prepared by DP#2 and finalize a comprehensive list of recommendations for treatment chemicals

• Review DW’s conceptual site layout and provide input to DP#1 regarding preliminary layout of ancillary facilities • Develop preliminary P&IDs for each proposed ancillary treatment process • Prepare Basis of Design Memorandum(s) for each ancillary treatment process 8/17/2016

DP#4 – Consultant Qualifications • Prime Consultant on 3 Water or Wastewater Treatment Plants (W/WWTP) with chemical metering and storage systems, backwash clarification, and residuals thickening and dewatering, with capacity greater than 15 MGD • Comprehensive Health and Safety Plan • Robust QA/QC program • Experience working with multi-firm teams and Owner’s staff • Highlight experience with design of high-rate granular media filters (greater than 8 gpm/ft2.), UV disinfection, Ozone, and Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) 8/17/2016
