Accommodation

Hotel Facilities When you hold your wedding with us, all our facilities are available to you. So as well as the room, you can include overnight accommodation for your guests, the hotel’s bar, restaurant and leisure facilities in your plans. At Thistle Brands Hatch, our Genevieve’s restaurant is licensed for civil ceremonies, with facilities to perform the ceremony outside in the private courtyard.

From the intimate to the extravagant just the way you want it. At Thistle Brands Hatch Hotel, we have four function rooms, all of which can be arranged and configured to suit your exact requirements. The largest is the De Havilland Suite, which seats up to 250 guests for a wedding breakfast, and 300 guests for the evening reception. The De Havilland Suite boasts its own private bar and a dance floor. For smaller parties of 80 or so, you might consider the Genevieve’s Restaurant, which holds 80-100 guests for the civil ceremony and up to 120 guests for the wedding breakfast and evening reception. For weddings of 40 guests and under, the Dove or Falcon Suite would be ideal, both rooms hold their own character and are situated next to the Racing Bar.

Whatever you need to create a day to remember, we’ll make sure it’s here. All you have to do is ask. Whether you’re inviting 40 or 300, we believe in giving you what you want, not telling you what you can have. So if you have something particular in mind, we have the necessary experience, reputation and contacts to arrange it for you. You might choose to have a string quartet playing when you arrive, for example, or a harpist to accompany your meal. If you want a band or disco for your evening reception, we can see to that too. We can also take care of the flowers, including buttonholes, bouquets and corsages, plus all the room decorations, from balloons and party favours to confetti and disposable cameras. With our Wedding Planner providing support, advice and suggestions throughout, you can be completely hands-on, without feeling you have to do it all yourselves.
