How? Coaching programme Individuals will work with a dedicated coach to develop personal insight and learn new skills or behaviours through a series of coaching sessions as outlined below: 1. One initial scoping session of approximately two hours during which the focus for the coaching is discussed and agreed. The use of appropriate diagnostic tools may also be discussed during this session. 2. Four coaching sessions of one and a half hours, working on the issues as discussed during the scoping session. These are very flexible sessions and the focus for the coaching may be constantly reviewed and adapted to best meet the client’s needs. 3.
