Future potential 1. SUNEL UK LTD. Main company to manage all other companies. Also work on energy efficiency. 2. SUNEL ENERGIE SARL (FR). Have 28 M&O contracts for 5 years. Also aiming in small residential rooftop projects. SUNEL Sarl also will be the company for approach of African countries. 3. SUNEL ENERJI LTD (TR). Turkey will be our main market for the coming 4-5 years. With a potential of 5-7 GW in that period and an estimated market share of 10%-12% 500 MW – 800 MW can be installed (100 MW – 150 MW per year). Also all these project will continue generating revenue from the O&M contract that can be 5 M – 8 M USD per year. Also, after Q2 2016 investments in the PV sector are planed. 4. SUNEL (CY) LTD. SUNEL has got the biggest projects in Cyprus, totaling 12 MW. There is not much potential since it is a small market. 5. SUNEL LTD (EG). Egypt is an emerging market for photovoltaics. Although the instability of the country is a problem, we are seeking for strategic partnerships with local companies since the potential is huge. 6. SUNEL constructions LTD (GR). The Greek market has stopped. There are several M&O contracts but the market is not interesting. 7. ALUGREEN SA (GR). This is an investment in recycling aluminum. There is an aprooved grant from Greek government for 1 M Euro for an investment of total 1,8 M Euro, but the situation in Greece is not helping to proceed. 8. ALCON LTD (EST). This is also an investment in recycling aluminum. The total investment is 1 M Euro. The production capacity is 2.000 - 4.000 tons of recycled aluminum, quantity that can be used in the mounting systems of the PV installations (needed 20 tons / MW) 9. MIDDLE EAST AND REST OF AFRICA. These markets are now opening with incentives for photovoltaic installations, so it could be very profitable to follow these markets closely
