Communications- History link results Current State- History link is broken and does not return any results. The 'History' link in emails was returning no results. We have updated the logic which will display the history details when the link is selected within the frame of the email.

Future State: Selecting the history link will drop open the email details. To hide the link, select it again. Able to refresh the grid to see the most current details. (NOTE: History is not available in QA as outgoing emails are simulated for demo)

Communications- SMS Settings Page Current State: • • • •

Total in/outbound texts this month does not provide an accurate count of texts from current month. Separate grids for inbound and outbound make it difficult to review text conversation and total text counts. Display defaults from oldest to most recent are on the last page. No way to filter down to current month or by day.

Future State: • • •

Total in/outbound texts this month will display the correct number of texts generated within the current month. Messages have been consolidated into a single grid and filters have been added to allow for date range, direction (inbound, outbound or all) and quick filter links for Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days MTD, and L (last month). Default display will be most current text to oldest.

Communications- Canadian Call Tracking Dealers ability to acquire local Twilio numbers. Current State: Dealers receive a “No phone numbers are available that match your criteria. Please try different set of options,” message

Future State: Dealers will be able to select an area code, and then if there are available phone numbers from Twillio, will be able to select a number and then confirm and activate the number.

Desking: The new Payment Frequency Display allows the user to maintain a consistent view of the loan or lease ‘Term’, while displaying the number of payments related to the term and frequency selected.

Scheduled Reports: When viewing the 'scheduled reports' in legacy custom reporting, users will now be able to see the scheduled reports that have been inactivated. When a report has failed to send or return any data 5 times in a row, the schedule will be disabled.

Target Dashboard colors have been updated. The red represents un-marketed customers the green represents customers that have been marketed to. This is now decided by Target’s last “Market Date” Field.

Fixed problem which was causing IE11 or Firefox to return error ("Error occurred trying to change dealers: TypeError: access to strict mode caller function is disabled") when a dealer uses the change location function in the edit vehicle screen.
