None of us by ourselves is trained or confident to handle, or even identify, extreme emotional trauma, but here in this special FLEX workshop , COD Friends of the Earth will facilitate activities to connect workshop participants with community professionals. Our college students are unique individuals that come from diverse backgrounds. In this workshop we will discuss strategies to help students express themselves with us or trained counselors.
