Two adults are entitled to go underground with each booking. The minimum age for the Grotto is 1 yrs but they need to be able to walk underground. Toddlers under 3 yrs are allowed to see Santa but only 3 yrs and above are allowed on the nets of Junior Bounce. This is not, however, a ‘Bounce Below’ experience. Please note, helmets must be worn underground.
